I just purchased my second box of these wipes, but I have to add that I also had to purchase a small pair of scissors to keep in my purse, because the sealed packet is hard to open. Despite this minor inconvenience I don't want to be without them, because they provide instant and soothing relief. They are expensive but well worth the money.

This product does numb the pain of a fissure very well. The only problem is that the individual packets are difficult to open and require scissors. Otherwise, I like them very much.

This item, when used with the ointment, is extremely effective.

This product was recommended by my gastroenterologist. The wipes alone don’t really work as well as when you use them and then the RectiCare numbing lotion together. Prep H has nothing compared to this product. It’s expensive but worth it!

Works wonders on the rear, however price is very high (only 12 packets), and wipes are too big for one time use. I suggest smaller packets with half the wipe. Been cutting mine in half, and I store it in a plastic bag.
