This is one of the best items I have purchased on Amazon in a while! I use it for so many things. I sit with my feet on it for leg cramps. It relieves legs cramps so well. I wake up in the middle of the night with horrible leg cramps. I just put my feet on it for a cycle of 15 minutes on high and sometimes if I am laying down and have my feet on it, I fall asleep. I also exercise on it. I have even stood on it when I have a migraine and it has made my migraine go away. It has helped me with back pain. I am super amazed at how many things this has helped. When I first saw people on it on social media, I just thought it was the next fad or scam. Well I was super wrong. With the vibration helping leg pain, back pain, hip pain, migraine pain and I also exercise on it....it has become my favorite appliance. Try it out. You will not be disappointed! It has a remote, so you can use that to turn it off and on. It has 4 different levels of vibration and a timer that sets at 15 minutes. I am still trying to figure out some of the buttons on the remote, but it seems to not matter as I am enjoying it anyway!

The instructions were easy to follow, and unit is mobile. The design and quality are excellent. The noise level is not bad on the lower levels but a higher level noise level increased and even rattled some items on the shelf . However, I am glad I purchased and like the results I see from the product.

The machine does exactly what it says. I had brain surgery and a stroke and I can’t handle the vibrations. Even sitting. My husband liked it but it was for me to use. So I returned it. But my situation is different but if you can tolerate vibration you will enjoy this.
