Bought this after researching various similar products and very pleased with it. Very versatile. Does great toasties and grilled food. The removable plates are brilliant as it makes cleaning so much easier, especially as the plates are non-stick. Also easy to use with preset heat settings, or you can adjust the temperature manually. Uses a timer so you dont have to watch over your sandwichs all the time, and it beeps when it's ready. When using to grill food it can be opened 180° so you can use both sides if necessary. Use this all the time, so would recommend.

Really good device, I did waffles several times, waffles are like in the centre of Brussels -soft inside and crispy outside. Plates are big,you can fry eggs, halloumi etc the same time. The is no special program for waffles, you need to customise and define the temperature (180 -200 works for me).

The media could not be loaded. The grill comes with 4 dishwasher-safe griddle plates, 2 are exclusively for waffle making. The other two are reversible with a flat plate on one side and a griddle plate on the other.The grill has a removable grease trap at the back which is handy and limits the residue left on the grill plates when in use.The temperature & time ranges are easily set from the control panel there are also preset functions for particular foods such as burgers.We’ve trialled this for grilled meat and also for toasted sandwiches/bagels and it works great. The heat-up time is quick and the cooking time is amazingly short too.My only criticism is that if you fully open the grill it loses balance and tips backwards but once you know that it’s fine.Overall great product with multiple applications.

This is a fantastic family grill, with different plates that are easy to switch out depending on what you want to cook. The plates are angled well so the oil mostly drips into the tray as it should. We had one before that was supposed to do it but never really did, so happy that this one does actually wick it away.It heats up really quick and food cooks evenly and in decent time. There are some preset cooking times for speed and the panel in general is easy to use and understand.With the plates being easily removable it’s very simple to wash and keep clean as well.

I am very satisfied with this product. It is a very good quality. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5, is that I wish one could 'pause' the heating while removing/adding stuff or cleaning, also could skip the 'preheating' when the grill was already hot.
