Q: Did this replace the baby faces?

To my knownledge. Yes. I did not like it. Way too thick. Hard to rub in. Very drying.

Q: Has the formula changed? i’m seeing reviews about it being rated poorly by the ewg, but it appears to actually be very highly rated.

I was wondering the same thing. From what I can tell, there is a similar product with SPF60+ that is rated poorly, with different ingredients that I have noticed some of the reviews complaining about. From what I can tell the SPF50 seems to be an improvement and it does not contain those same ingredients.
