I put this in my teenage daughter's easter basket without removing it from the packaging. Context - she is a huge squishy fan, we have a ton of them. When she opened this cat (after marveling at its super funny and unique appearance), her first comments were "it's hairy" and "ewww the hair is all coming off". The "hair" on this squishy is not attached. It is just stuck on. She stretched it out and the "hair" stuck to her fingers. She put it on the coffee table and picked it up, leaving "hair" on the table. Feeling dubious about what this "hair" is made of, we decided to toss it. Don't waste your money. It's a shame, because we love the weirdness of this one.
