Food has changed
I bought a small bag to try as the food I’ve been feeding my chinchillas for 9 yrs has changed and they stopped eating it. The small bag had two different colours of pellets. Green and a kinda orangey brown colour. I was thrilled when they seemed to like it as choices for chinchilla food are very limited. So I ordered a larger bag and when it arrived the pellets were different, all the same light brown colour with a very strong smell off them which is not very pleasant. My chinchillas won’t eat them. Disappointed and struggling now to find an alternative as the two main brands have changed their product and the quality has gone down.

Good quality food - also makes a healthy “treat”
I bought this because one of my chinchillas is getting a little old (she’s over 10yrs) so wanted her to have a healthy treat which gave her extra vitamins and nutrition. Both chinchillas love this as it is nice and crunchy. They are happy and I know that their treat is healthy too.

Great food. My chinchillas enjoyed eating it. Had a strange smell that my usual brand doesn't have but didn't bother the chinchillas

Chinchilla loves it
Our elderly chinchilla went off his long-time pellets after suffering an injury, and it became difficult to get him to eat a "standard" feed. In steps Beaphar Care+. He took to it like a duck to water, making us extremely happy as he recovers. Highly recommended.
