Very fun set to put together. Good instructions and parts separated by numbered bags. The little detail parts push this to five stars. A lot of little animals and the second story is like a cafe with pizza on the table and hanging vines. The pergola looks so natural buy the columns holding the structure up. The price is on the spot. The only con I have which may be a plus to others is the pieces fit very tightly together. Your fingers get a work out putting this together. You need a pry tool for correcting building mistakes. My opinion only but this set really seems better for us adult builders.

This set came in a nice box with the contents beautifully packed. The instructions have very clear, detailed pictures and are easy to follow. It's also easy to differentiate between the colors and shapes of the various parts using the instructions. One small thing of note is that this set does not come with one of those tools that help you separate pieces when you make a mistake. However, this didn't bother me at all since I have extra ones laying around from previous builds.What really got me excited was that this set's parts were sorted out almost as well as Lego sets are! If you have put together MOC brands before, you're probably familiar with how you usually have to open all the bags that have a 1 on them all at once in order to complete stage 1, open all the bags with a 2 for stage 2, etc. However, this set was not like that! You open bag 1-1 and use all of that bag. Next, you open bag 1-2 and use all of that bag. And it continues on like that. There are a couple of times that a few parts from, for example, bag 3-2 are combined with parts to complete 1 step. There are also some larger, loose pieces, as well as a few specialty pieces that are packaged separately, that are combined with a random step here and there. However, everything is still really well organized, especially compared to most brands.The beginning base/platform pieces require a little extra pressure to press together, but once they are connected, they hold together well. All of the other pieces click together almost as nicely and as easily as Lego and, again, hold together great. The pieces are well made and vibrantly colored, and they are Lego compatible. The light switch box goes in a very easy-to-access spot on the build, all of the lights are easy to set up, and the wires are mostly out of sight once the build is finished.This set is a lot of fun to build, and is a great value for the price! I have already ordered 2 more sets from this brand (Insoon)!

Such a fun build! I really enjoyed this. The result is creative, colorful, and very detailed. The kit arrived quickly and contained all the pieces (which fit together perfectly).I like the fact that the components are so nicely organized. This kit contains seven subunits. The parts for each subunit are not only in dedicated, labeled bags (1, 2, 3, etc.), but within each of those seven bags, there are smaller labeled bags (1-1, 1-2, etc.). It makes it very easy, because you're only dealing with the parts that you actually need. I didn't have to waste a bunch of time rummaging through pieces that I wouldn't need until later. The instruction booklet is 187 pages, includes clear illustrations and a lot of color, and is one of the best I've seen.I also loved the special pieces (some shiny gold ones, a squirrel, dog, kitten, etc.), and I particularly appreciated the fact that the LED lighting is on very thin wires, with the bulbs built into 1x4 pieces and instructions on where to position them.While a child would likely need help because this kit has a lot of pieces and is quite detailed, it will be perfect for a teen or adult.

Phenomenol product at a reasonable price. Very enjoyable build. Compatible with Lego. I highly recommmend this product and find myself quite impressed with the Insoon brand as I have built several of their products.

We all know that Lego is way too overpriced for what it is. A number of alternative brands like Pantasy and Lumibricks have been destroying Lego in terms of quality and quantity for dollars. But what about Insoon? This is my first set from them, and while the price is obviously attractive, how does it stack up?The good:* a beautiful, highly detailed Mediterranean design and an unusual subject* printed parts (2) instead of cheap stickers like Lego uses* included light kit* clear, well-printed instructions* no missing parts, with some extras left overThe bad:* The parts have very high clutch power and need a lot of force to squeeze together. Not suited for anyone with hand problems.* The light kit is rudimentary compared to what the leader in lighted brick sets, Lumibricks, offers.* The design has some very unstable sections. Best suited to experienced, patient builders.* If you use the light kit, you loose the modularity since you won't be able to remove the upper levels without potentially breaking the wires. On the bright side, the back has an open dollhouse design that lets you peer in and see the details without removing a story.Overall, an attractive finished product, a great part/price ratio, but with some significant weaknesses, too.
