They are not forms but you could extend from the tip outwards with a building gel (to make them longer/new shape). The tips themselves are going to be pretty thick if you pile gel on top of it.

Do, or can you use brush on gel glue on these tips

Yes. I use brush on nail glue with these tips. I use the beetles gel glue. works great!
