Jabra100-92200000-02 Talk Bluetooth Headset with HD Voice Technology (U.S. Retail Packaging)

I was looking to buy Bluetooth headset to replace my Plantronics M55 which conked out when it fell in a puddle of water.Since I use my headset exclusively for answering my cell phone when driving, (which is just once or twice per week maximum)I decided to go with the Jabra TALK Bluetooth Headset because it is a basic headset and is not so pricey.This Jabra headset looks like the run-of-the-mill headset, it measures 2.4 cm by 5 cm by 1.6 cm.On the plus side the in-ear design silicone ear buds and plastic hooks are very comfortable on the ear and the call qualityis clear and is of acceptable quality, also the headset also automatically paired with my IPhone 5s the first time I turn it on.On the downsides, I only received a 30 cm USB cable with the headset which can be used on the Computer or the car's USB charger.Also, I am able to charge it with my old charger.Remember you only get what you pay for; I retrospect I should have gone for something a more expensive.UPDATEI have been using this headset since November 2014; I have since changed my mobile phone and its working fine with the Samsung Galaxy and it has performed quite well as at December 2016. I have had no problems with it.

I have a similar model headset and bought this as a gift; my girlfriend LOVES it. It's very light, the sound and reception is good, and it's very easy to sync with your phone. Now that it's illegal to use a cell phone in the car, it's kind of a must have. It sounds much better than built in blue tooth in the car, which makes it sound like you're in a cave. Plus, with this little headset, you can do all kinds of chores and what not around the house while talking on the phone. It *is* easy to accidentally hang up on someone 'til you get used to it. The fit is decent and comfortable. It stays put walking around, but I think if you tried to jog or do something vigorous, it might fall out of your ear. For the price, it's a great device, and I highly recommend. This model also allows you to stream music and GPS from your phone.

I've had nothing but bad experiences with Bluetooth earpieces in the past. They frequently just don't work, they often have very poor battery life, and they almost always have tiny, finicky, difficult-to-use controls that make them more trouble than they're worth. I'd just about given up on them, but I needed an earpiece to work with the iPhone app I use to track my cycling (Cyclemeter -- highly recommended). The app works only with the AD2P Bluetooth protocol, so I literally bought the cheapest one I could find, assuming that it'd end up in the discard pile with its half-dozen predecessors from Sony and Samsung and others. To my surprise, it works very well. It has decent sound quality for traffic directions, the dropoffs, while they do happen, are comparatively uncommon, the controls are usable and reasonably intuitive, the battery life is good enough for my needs (four to five hours, on average). And it cost...less than a third of what I've spent on some other earpieces. My earpiece needs aren't particularly extensive, but the Jabra handles them all very nicely.

I purchased this earpiece for my wife, at her request. It's a really comfortable earpiece to wear, and you'll find yourself forgetting that you're wearing it after the first 30-60 minutes. It's very lightweight, and easy to use.Above, I stated that I bought it for my wife. Her only complaint about it is that she wishes the silicone ear piece was a tad bit smaller, or at least came with a smaller one as an option. That's something I plan on fixing for her with a little bit of shaving of the silicone. As for me, I tried it and really enjoyed it. I even changed the silicone piece for one of the others, and was able to remove the support arm without fear that it fell...bear in mind that this was for an hour inside my own home, and only while sitting. I have a feeling that with a little time and some sweat, that it would eventually fall out...but in my time with it, it didn't happen.Now, my wife has washed 4 of her past earpieces by forgetting that they were in her pocket. Knowing how inexpensive this one was, I'd be willing to purchase a few more to have around as back ups for her.As for the electronics...it seems as though there hasn't been many big improvements over the versions I was buying 8-10 years ago, so don't look at this as an improvement over something more expensive.I considered giving it only a 4 star rating, but with the wife's only complaint being that her ear hole is a tad too small, I'm leaving the product review stand as a 5 star.I'm considering purchasing more of these to keep around for her...and that should be testament as to how I feel about it...that I plan on buying it again.

Solo había escuchado anécdotas de que esta marca (Jabra) era buena, jamas había comprado nada de esta marca, los compre por las reseñas, y a pesar de tener ciertas expectativas,no esperaba tanto, es muy bueno el producto.La batería rinde lo que menciona le manual (Unas 6 hrs, aproximadamente de uso continuo, que son como 3 días de uso regular, a veces mas)Bastante cómodo, no te estorba, tampoco te pesa, tiene varias almohadillas y trae 2 ganchillos para la oreja.La calidad de las llamadas es ¡EXCELENTE!La cancelación de ruido que ofrece el micrófono es ¡FENOMENAL!Tanto para hacer las llamadas, como para poder hablar con el asistente, ocupo Google Assistance (Ya patrocinen me)Te escucha muy bien la otra persona cuando realizas llamadas, me han dicho comentarios de que cuando les llamo, me escucho que estoy en una habitación vacía, cuando en realidad voy manejando el auto o en la calle.Pensé que el asistonto de Google aun estaba muy verde y por eso no me entendía los comandos de voz, pero no, era la mala calidad de los manos libres que antes usaba. Con estos, el asistente me entiende bien y no tengo problemas, este es el punto que mas disfruto del manos libres, que me permite exprimir mas el potencial del mi asistente de voz.También te sirven para escuchar música, es un bonito añadido.Es un excelente producto, muy bueno, el cual vale la pena.

Equipo ergonomico, duracion de la bateria suficiente, de lujo que se pueda sincronizar con 2 dispositivos de manera simultanea, muy facil de utilizar, muy buen alcance, el audio es buenisimo y el microfono excelente.Lo recomiendo ampliamente.
