THIS is the perfect car seat bag I've been searching for!
This bag is perfect!!! I researched car seat bags like crazy. I knew I needed one but didn't want cheap ones I had to keep replacing, or expensive ones that were super bulky and hard to store. I decided on this affordable one and tested it for 2 short flights this week, gate checking it both times. It fit my bulky, heavy car seat no problem, but wasn't overly big or baggy. Just right. The material is really nice and thick like regular backpack material. The blue color is nice, easy to spot but not glaringly bright (I didn't love the red and yellow of other brands for that reason) It has sturdy backpack straps AND a reinforced handle on front AND an plastic window for info AND a buckle closure flap AND a built-in zipper pouch for small things while traveling, or to store the bag between uses. It does take a bit of practice to get it back inside the pouch, and I knew I didn't want to take the time to do it in the airport. So I tossed in a thin canvas bag, like smaller than a reusable shopping bag. I took the seat out of the sack, clipped the seat onto a Gogo Travel Mate mini cart (another total lifesaver, worth it's weight in gold!) and loosely folded this bag up and threw it in the canvas bag. Light and easy to carry. When I got home, I inspected the bag. No tears, marks, or signs of wear. I folded it back into the pouch and thanked my lucky stars that this is the one I picked!PS I also tried clipping the bag (with the seat inside) right on to the cart I mentioned above. I clipped the backpack straps using a basic carabiner I had stored in the pouch. It worked great but my toddler didn't want to walk for more than 30 seconds, so I stopped and unbagged the seat. But it's another versatile use if you needed to get it gate to gate and the child is up for walking.

Price is right and it fits my seat
Updated after use: I bought the Cosco Apt 50 specifically for air travel. Cost has us going the lap child route. Since we now need to check the seat I decided to get a travel bag for it. This bag seems like it will work well. Most importantly it fits over my seat. This bag held up well and my checked at the check-in counter seat arrived at our destination undamaged. We used it for the return flight and again had no issues. After using it. I really appreciate the flap that buckles down. I tucked the strings in and the flap made it so I didn't worry about the strings working their way out and catching on things. Similarly, I shorted the shoulder straps as far as they go before checking the seat. There was little/no slack on them with my seat in the bag. Which also lessened the chance of the straps catching on something and possibly damaging the bag or worse the seat.My car seat is only 10 pounds in the bag. (According to the scale at the airport.) It was easy to carry short distances as a back pack. But anything longer was pretty uncomfortable because the seat digs into your back.

Great purchase
Flew for the first time with 2 kids (& 2 car seats!) this year for my grandmother’s funeral. These bags made it so easy to get through the airport. The backpack strap was super convenient to even carry one car seat on each arm when we needed to for a bit. I also love that they fold into a convenient size when not in use, too! Definitely recommend!

Quality bag, nice features, amazing customer service
I purchased a bag for a trip. I love the backpack straps, and the rubber reinforced carry handle. The flap and buckle to cover the opening is nice too, it keeps the carseat nice and clean inside. It even held in all all of the cheerios and pretzels and raisins and crayons that spilled out of the carseat and into the bag.We flew Spirit, I'm sure the bag was dragged on the tarmac. There was a hole the size of a penny when we picked up our bag at baggage claim, but it would not rip or stretch further like a bag of lower quality would do. The hole did not increase in size on the flight home, the bag still seemed sturdy and did its job. Given the strength of the bag;s material, I assume this was a fluke or due to poor care of the luggage by baggage handlers. The customer service rep with whom I communicated was amazing in terms of rectifying the problem with the bag. Very helpful, prompt, and easy to work with.I'd highly recommend this bag and would purchase again if I needed to fly with additional carseats.

Bad durabililty with convinient features for travel
I recently purchased this car seat cover for traveling. While the cover initially seemed promising and performed well during travel, I encountered a significant issue after only three uses.Despite handling the cover with care, it tore at the corner, as shown in the attached photo. This tear significantly compromises the product's durability and functionality, and I hesitate to use it again for fear that it will get worse from this tear. Given the short duration of use before, I cannot recommend this product.Pros:Good for travel: The cover fits well in the car and protects the seats from pet hair and dirt.Cons:Poor durability: The cover tore at the corner after only three uses, indicating a lack of quality and durability.Overall, while the cover is effective for short-term use, the lack of durability is a major drawback. I would not recommend this product based on my experience.
