Star Trek Shipyards Star Trek Starships: 2294 to the Future The Encyclopedia of Starfleet Ships essentially contains all the magazine content you'd find in the mags that come with the Eaglemoss Star Trek Starships Collection models (the technical data on Starfleet and Federation vessels). Since the majority of my mags were lost/damaged while moving last year this book has restored a lot of the information I lost. I'm hoping an updated version comes out with details of all the ships (like the Yeager class, Antares Class etc) that have come out since this was published. Great value for the price and an excellent backup resource with tons of beautiful images of all your favorite Starfleet vessels.

Detailed book on different ships in the Star Trek Universe

Purchased as a gift. It is a hard cover book, very durable and a good price.

I thought this was an interesting book and well worth the money. It is not however a technical manual but rather approaches the ships from the point of view of their appearances in the various shows and movies. It details individual ships that have appeared as such and talks about what they did in those appearances. If you are looking for a lot of technical details you won't find them here. It is illustrated well with vfx shots from the shows and movies. Overall I found the the book to be enjoyable aside from the curious omission of the Akira class which appears on the dust cover but not in the book.

You will not be disappointed, I also purchased the other book. The descriptions are very good and the graphics are fantastic. I like how the book is well organized and the ability to find each type of ship easy to locate. There is a good bit of information and this is now part of my Star Trek collection. I am very happy with each book and I believe all Star Trek fans will not be disappointed. Happy Amazoning

I love this series of Star Trek Shipyards books. Considering that I remember when there was very little informative material available about any of the Enterprise ships, these books are great. Wonderful artwork and information for so many of the Starfleet ships, not just the various Enterprises. I would recommend it. And, if like me, you have the old Me. Scott's Guide To The Enterprise, which I first purchased back in the 1970's, you will be amazed at the difference between that book and this one.

I love this book and its companion 2151-2293. The book is wonderully illustrated showing different angles of the ships, fore and aft, ventral and dorsal views. They also collected information from the episodes and movies associated with each ship which provides a nice stroll down memory alpha. A nice book to add to any Trekker’s library.

Came well packaged and it was the second book in the series really impressive information an absolute wealth of information given and well written.

Um material muito interessante. Boa encadernação e papel de boa qualidade. Porém, as imagens maiores das naves ficam divididas, bem no encontro da folha da esquerda com a da direita (na costura da borda). Isso atrapalha muito a visualização. Um erro de edição muito grave.
