I don’t always leave reviews but this surprised me. Firstly it came in a box all rolled up and vacuum packed, this made me wonder about how it would unpack and comfort etc. I followed the instructions on the easy to understand literature that came with it and used the provided safety cutter to open the plastic packaging, that’s when the magic happened and it sprung into life sounding like a deflating tyre. The instructions say to leave for 24-72 hours for full expansion but I’d say it’s the right size out of the wrapping! I bought this for my daughter who is over the moon with it and says she slept really well, it’s firm enough to not sink into it like her old one but still very comfy, the quality is also very nice and durable while looking really nice too, her quality of sleep was improved overnight. Five stars well deserved!

This memory foam hybrid mattress is extremely comfortable and has made such a difference to my sleep. The mattress is firm, but still has that movement when you turn due to the soft memory foam layer. It is fantastic for my lower back pain, very supportive. It's great quality, and fit perfectly on a standard double bed. Highly recommend.

This matress comes rolled up in a tall slim box and weighs 31kg. It can easily be carried by a strong person. A small tool is provided to open the plastic wrapping which can be found in the plastic bag containing the matress care instructions.It was very easy to unpack. The matress springs out quickly once opened. It took a couple of hours to expand - doesn't need 24 hours.As for sleeping on it, it was perfect. I got it for my teenage daughter. She absolutely loves it and has a great sleep experience. The matress provides excellent support and doesn't make any noise when rolling around. It's much thicker than I expected (which is good) and the deep fitted sheets fit perfectly.It's priced really reasonably and well worth the money. I would even say that it's comparable to the other multi-layed matresses that are being sold at 3x price.

For the past few years, I have been suffering with severe lower back pain. As a result, I currently attend physio-therapy sessions monthly. As a result, I have replaced my old office chair with an office mesh chair which has both lumbar and neck support to help minimise my lower back pain. Replacing my old mattress with this hybrid mattress was long overdue and so far, it has helped reduce the back pain significantly. The hybrid mattress definitely does a great job with supporting my back and hip regardless of whether I sleep on my back, front or side.The mattress was well-packaged and was delivered intact. I must admit that it was heavy and requires an extra pair of hands to help transfer it to the bedroom. Unboxing was effortless and easy after carefully cutting and removing the protective plastic covering with the cutting tool provided.From my personal experience, having used the mattress for the past few weeks, the top layer feels medium firm which works well for me; contributing to a soothing and comfortable rest and waking up feeling much better compared to when I was using the old mattress. The difference is noticeable and evident especially every morning when I wake up. The medium-firm orthopaedic support continues to have a positive impact on my lower back.My partner loves the strong edge sprung which provides edge support and prevents sagging. She hardly complains about disturbances during her sleep whenever I move my body. This new mattress is well-designed and well-built. The motion isolation feature indeed works. My old ordinary mattress was very noisy and often sinks in which did not help my condition.I am very pleased with this new mattress and it has exceeded my expectations. In addition, it has provided positive results. Both my partner and I will continue to enjoy it.
