Amazing watch
UPDATE: I know this isn’t a huge deal but the watch is fast a couple of seconds. I’ve had it less than a month and it’s not at the same level of my other Citizen. Not enough to return the watch but still a little annoying. This is my second watch by Citizen, my first being a Promaster Diver. I love this watch for a variety of reasons. First of all, I love the Eco-drive feature as I will never have to worry about my watch dying on me and changing batteries. It came uncharged right out of the box but started up within seconds (it did the 2-second tick). The watch itself is very nice looking and is not flashy. I like the black finish on the case and the matching finish on the buckle. Something else that I really liked was the tan (beige?) numbers and markings. It really gave it a vintage feel in my opinion. As for the strap, I read a lot of people were having issues with it being short. It fits my wrist with two holes left over so it fits but I wish it was a little longer so I could put the extra band through the loops. I am not a huge fan of canvas but this one feels nice and isn't itchy. The band is a bit stiff but I'm hoping it will soften up as it gets worn.Since the numbers aren't flush to the rim of the case (there is a bezel), the watch wears smaller than 43mm. I appreciate this as I was worried that it would look oversized on my wrist. Additionally, some people mentioned that the second hand wasn't lining up correctly with the markings. I didn't have this issue at all. A leaflet came in the box telling me how to register it and how to set the time/date.Overall, I would highly recommend this watch. I got this watch for $140 in April 2020.

Solid Field Watch
You can't go wrong with this watch. I picked it up on sale for $139.99. For that price, it's hard to complain about anything really... But I'll say the good and bad below. The fit and finish of the watch is great. The hands and numbers are big and very easy to read. The small dials also display very useful info and are well laid out. The watch is sharp looking and is just the right size. The SS bezel adds durability. The band - just go ahead and order a replacement ahead of time. Note that this watch takes a 20mm, not 19mm. The band looks kinda cool, but is too tacticool IMO. It's also a bit scratchy and is difficult to take on and off. For $20, the Barton Silicone bands are hard to beat. I went with smoke grey.My only other complaint are the glowing hands. Owning a Luminox in the past, I was hoping they'd be a bit brighter. They get the job done, but if the room isn't completely black, you'll have trouble seeing the hands glow. They also seem to glow brighter when the watch is fully charged from some sunlight. Not a deal breaker, but you're not going to grt Luminox brightness in the dark. All in all, great watch for the money. I'll update back if I have issues.

Excellent time piece!
First off, I am a huge fan of Citizen Eco-Drive watches. I bought my first one in 2010 and it's still running to this day. I stopped using that one daily after the band broke down on me and I haven't gotten around to replacing it.Fast forward to 2022 and I'm in need of another solid watch. I had been using an older Casio G-Shock after joining the military, but that started dying on me and the display only got more faint as time went on even after battery replacement. Then I got a cheaper Timex watch and the timing on it started to fall way behind after only about a month of use, up to an hour behind at times.I had enough, so I looked at getting a new Citizen Eco-Drive watch. One that matched my uniform which is what I wear most of the week. I needed a watch that was easy to read at a glance, reliable, rugged enough for work, and accurate. This watch hits all those marks. I haven't had a single problem with it since purchasing it and I've already taken it all over the place. The only 2 downsides I can think of are:1. The band it comes with isn't the greatest. It's definitely TOUGH, but it's a bit too stiff and a bit too short if you have larger wrists. I wouldn't say I do and it was still not an easy fit. I replaced the band with a Supreme NATO strap from Crown & Buckle. 20mm band/strap fits the watch fine in my eyes regardless of what the specs say.2. The hands don't glow as much as I'd like in the dark. Night shifts or later shifts can be rough when you're away from any lighting. Don't get me wrong, I can make out the time, but it takes longer than I'd like to because the hands aren't as bright. The only feature I miss from my G-Shock is the light up function. But overall, I'd trade that for not having to replace batteries ever again any day of the week. And I don't usually work nights or away from lighting, so it's something I can deal with.In the end, if these features seem to suit you and your needs, definitely recommend this watch!

Another great watch from Citizen. Could use a better band.
I haven't exactly tested the watch's water resistance(hence why I couldn't give it full stars). The watch face is beautiful. It keeps time extremely well. And it is an Eco-Drive so it keeps charged without much intervention on my part. The biggest issue is the wristband. I have fairly narrow wrist(mostly skin, bones, and tendons) for a guy that is 6'1"; however, I can only wear the band on the first or second hole out of 8. I'm not sure who they think will wear this(especially on hole 8) other than children. The band is fabric so it does stretch and contract some, but even after stretching I've only ever gotten it to hole 3 and then it was so tight it threatened my circulation. While I've kept the band, I debate changing it for another. If you have larger wrist, you will certainly need a new band with this.
