I received opened smelly powder!! The smell is obviously that itβs spoiled. And there is no retern policy on it

The seal (the one that is stuck to the top of the jar but under the lid) was not properly sealed. There was a second plastic wrapping around the outside that was unbroken and no issues in shipping. Product had a foul smell upon opening, it had gone bad.
