It does taste salty but it’s supposed to because it’s an electrolyte powder mix. It mixes easily into a bottle of water. It’s clear so if you’re allergic to dyes, have no worries. It doesn’t stain either which is a huge plus! A little bit of a pain to open. If you change anything please make these tear open. That’s so minor. Just carry a knife or scissors if you’re taking these in the go. If you have issues staying hydrated for any reason these will do these trick in one or 2 bottles. One pouch is enough for a bottle of water. I gave these to a friend of mine who needs electrolytes bad. She has major health issues that dehydrate and deplete her electrolytes quickly. She loves these and says it tastes way better than other brands she’s tried. Her favorite is the watermelon. These are helping her so much! Great product! Would buy again for her. These electrolytes really helped me this last weekend being out in the 100+ heat all day. I was glad I brought them. I am susceptible to muscle cramps if dehydrated but these kept my salts in. The only thing I wish they had done better with the packaging is made the little "slit/cut" for you to open them easier. Also the wide/short packaging is hard to filter into a standard water bottle so maybe if they redesign it, it would deserve that extra star. Also, the Watermelon flavor needs some help, not the best. I also ended up sharing a few of these with a young lady who was dehydrating and feeling ill. She thanked me later because she started to feel much better very quickly upon drinking them.

I'm on carnivore and wanted a no sugar electrolyte that was affordable, tasty & convenient. This checks all the boxes! Well, mostly. It does contain sucralose, which basically is Splenda, made from sugar, but it comes out less than 1 gram. I've read it can increase cravings, so I only drink these as a treat. The packets are easy to tear open - no looking for scissors or tearing with your teeth. The flavor is amazing, probably too good...I always want more after I finish my bottle! It is strong enough flavor to mix it 50-50, making 2 16oz bottles without it tasting watered down. But I like it strong &zesty. I do wish they would use a bigger size text on the ingredients and the font they use is so narrow that the words mash together. It’s almost like they're trying to hide the ingredients. That does make me suspicious. Dont know if I'll buy them again = I'm hoping the sucralose doesnt stop my diet progress.Very easy to tear up.

This item is made in PRC, which is China. You have no way of knowing what heavy metals and contaminated che s they could put in here as a cutting agent. There is no lab making this in the USA , so I guess drink at your own risk? It's really cringe that someone in California thought this would be a fast way to make money.

We were not able to truly evaluate the product because the flavor was so disgusting. We ordered the lemon lime flavor, hoping to use the drink mix prior to exercise but it was so awful. It smelled like cleaning products and it tasted so salty with a hint of lime flavor. Maybe another flavor would work better but I am not wasting my money to try it. I really like the high sodium and also that it has Vitamin C but didn’t expect it to taste so salty especially since reviews I read said it was less salty than LMNT which has the same amount of sodium.
