It is only OK. Difficult to make. Have to steep the tea two hours in cold water first! No thanks! I bought a different brand of this tea in Canada that only requires ten to fifteen minutes in hot water and it tasted better. Lea

Be careful with this if purchasing to use with an infuser - there are no directions in English and the product is not tea, it is just raw, dried marshmallow root. It needs to be soaked for a certain amount of time (from what I can understand) before being used. I haven't even tried it yet because the process just seems daunting.Other than that, the box does come with a lot, and I have had success with marshmallow root in pill form for my bladder disease. Once I am able to figure out the directions I will try and update this review. Just felt like the description was a little misleading and would not have purchased if I knew it was going to be so much trouble.

I have bought Marshmallow root tea (Eibisch Tee) in Germany with different results. Usually there are twigs, etc mixed into the roots and for that it is too expensive a tea. This naturavita tea is of an excellent quality with no twigs - only the roots. Yes, it is expensive, but I have paid more in Germany for a much lesser quality. I'm so glad to have found this on Amazon!

If you have IC, you will find this product incredibly helpful.This tea is very soothing. I am not sure if marshmallow root holds the cure for the intense pain you can experience with this condition (for this, I recommend drinking baking soda mixed with water, it has always helped me tremendously when I am in great pain), but it definitely soothes my bladder. When I drank it, if I did have pain for the rest of the day, it was mild. My only complaint is the expense. The product is of good quality, however, given the amount in this package, it will not be cheap to keep up with.

I have Interstitial Cystitis and drink 2-3 cups of Marshmallow root tea every day for bladder healing. Promptness of service was good, but the small packaging didn't last long enough for me. I needed larger bulk.

One word for this product would be: Amazing. It great for interstitial cystitis! I have very bad interstitial cystitis and i ordered this tea and it work wonders for my condition
