I recently bought these SoundPEATS earbuds and I’m really impressed with the sound quality and overall performance. I also had a small issue with the earbuds, so I claimed the warranty — and SoundPEATS provided excellent customer service by sending me a brand new replacement. I truly appreciate their quick and supportive service. Highly recommended!

Pros: These earbuds are really good as far as music and also making calls as they have really good mics HOWEVER... Cons: The connection is a PAIN Sometimes it just doesn't want to connect Sometimes all of a sudden it switches the calls feature or music off from the Bluetooth on its own I wish it had a wing to securely fit inside my ear as it keeps sliding outside my ear Update: 2nd of Jun 2024 The seller offered a full refund and to keep the headset so no complaints there and I also bought another headset from them for the good after sale serivce

I had a SoundPeats from before and an Anker and Bose earbuds for my flights.... Instead of buying a new Anker to upgrade from my old one I just checked this one and WOW what a big surprise..... The ANC is better than the latest Samsung which I also tried. And the Volume levels are also slightly Higher. It's just absolutely amazing....

I have been using the SoundPEATS brand for 5 years, and now I decided to upgrade to the latest model. I like the product, but it’s a little painful in the ears due to the tight fit. The sound quality is okay.

Wonderful .. Comfortable fit, great sound, great noise cancellation

Great sound, great packaging, really good battery life. But many connection issues which started on the second use, occasionally stutters with both earbuds connected, but will sometimes just refuse to play clearly when in single earbud mode. This is my third purchase, faced bad connection on all 3 earbuds

Good earbuds for the price. The app has good features for the equalizer and turning off the features that you dont want. Battery life is good. The app also shows the earbuds gps location, havent tested it completely yet.

J'utilisais déjà la référence "Mini" de chez Sounpeats depuis plus de 2 ans, que je trouve très efficace et de bonne qualité par rapport au prix. Suite à la perte de ces derniers, j'ai voulu acheté une gamme plus récente du même fabricant. Conclusion, Je suis vraiment surpris de la bonne façons. Le "Noise Cancelling" est 3 fois plus efficace que sur les "Mini", la qualité du son et incroyable. Même en mode "Pass True" la qualité du son est très bonne comparé au ancien. Clairement, Je ne comprend pas l'intérêt des "AirPods pro" comparé au "Capsule3 Pro" de chez "SoundPeats". Si vous avez besoin de pods sans fils n'hésitez plus et acheter cette référence.

Really recommend this product. The sound quality is much better compared with Headphones for 20-30 euro. I am not Very picky but if I pay 50-60 euros so I would like to get a good quality of sound which it does. Be aware it is not the best but really good. Charger is small and convenient, connection is fast. This is really a deal quality Vs price.
