These are terrific dumbbells! I’m pleased with the grip, comfort, and shape of them. I have smaller hands that are arthritic and they are easy for me to hold. I’m sure they will be very effective in helping me to build muscle again since I have a lot of wasting at my age.

Great for strength training for my grandma she just had surgery and its helping her gain her strength back.

I ordered these weights for my elderly mother who is using them for some occupational therapy. These are the perfect size for her to hold and the neoprene provides a good grip.These are a good value and shipping was fast. Definitely recommend them if they are the weight that you need.

I recently got these 2lb hand weights in lime green and I really live them. They fit perfectly in my hands and the grip is super comfortable—even during longer workouts. Plus, the color is kinda fun and they have lot of options for colors. Definitely a great addition to my home gym

They're well made, comfortable to hold. I just don't like that I couldn't pick a color. I don't like leaving these around in my house (to remind me to work out) because of the color.

Bought for a 5 yr old loves to "work out" like his dad. They are perfect. I also have the pink ones for myself afterca wrist break and using for rehab. Great set!
