Gets the job done, but could have been designed better
I liked the easy assembly (which is a good and bad thing). Good because it’s easy - you put the slats on whatever frame you have. However, because they are vertical, I feel like there is less support as opposed to if they were horizontal with the bedframe. For what it is, I think it’s a tad expensive for the design. The wood itself looks sturdy but it doesn’t stay in place because the only thing holding these planks together is a moveable strap. I wish there was a attachable piece(s) for the bottom middle and top going perpendicular to the planks that could screw in because I feel like that’s would secure the planks so they don’t slide up and down to each other and stayed parallel, I also think by doing that it would add a little more support. Our problem was that we couldn’t fit a box spring up to our 2nd floor apartment in a building from the 1870s and it wouldn’t go through the window either, so getting this in an out is a hug plus and it isn’t that heavy. Could be better, could be a lot worse. If you are out of options and want something with a quick delivery, this is a decent option. If you are handy, I would consider drilling additional boards horizontally so it would stay out. So far since we are in the middle of waiting to receive our furniture, we have this set up on a metal frame with an 8 inch queen air mattress on top. I am on it right now as I right this with my girlfriend on it as well and so far it seems sturdy. Will update once we get our actual mattress.

really firmed things up
I have a Signature Sleep Honest Elements 7 inch Natural Wool Mattress with Organic Cotton and Micro Coils on a metal platform style frame. The platform part of the bed has horizontal steel bars going across., not one large flat base. But, that was not enough support for this heavy futon-like mattress. I figured before opting for a new mattress, I would try this bed support slats. Now, with the slats, this is what I thought I should be laying on. it doesn't feel like the mattress will fall through the open spaces of the frame anymore when I climb into bed. As far as pain relief goes, I have shoulder and hip pain if I lay too long on any mattress, any foundation. So, I can't speak to that. My back is good as long as a pillow is under my legs. But, the foundation definitely feels more solid with the slats. They fit perfectly inside my bed frame. The only negative is that they will slide left or right when you move the mattress. But my bed is high enough that I can go under there and space them appropriately; and it's easy to overlook that with the price of the slats.

Great with Horizontal Slats for Reinforcement
These were exactly what I needed. In reading some of the other reviews, I realized that some folks bought these for solo support. I was attracted to them because I have a steel bed frame with horizontal bars six inches apart. I recently bought a high quality memory foam/springs hybrid mattress. The sales person told me that they would recommend their own bed frame because memory foam, over time, starts to bulge between the bars or slats on a bed frame. I knew what I wanted was to reinforce my own bed frame with vertical slats. These fit perfectly into my bed frame (bars were about a half inch lower than the top of the surrounding frame.) These slats fit into the frame perfectly. I've been sleep on my new mattress with the reinforced frame for about a month now and I've had absolutely know issues. The wood is sturdy, there's no creaking and once you situate the mattress on top and maneuver the slats so that they are an equal distance apart, the slats don't constantly move (of course this would depend upon the quality of your bed frame.) My biggest advice is to take as many measurements as possible before making a purchase like this. I did and I don't regret it. The situation could not have worked out better for me.

Pretty good so far.
I got these slats for my king size bedframe because with the type of frame I got, I wanted extra support under my mattress. I haven't laid on my mattress just yet because it's still puffing to it's fullest potential. But I can say, it was super easy to assemble and the slats do slide on top of the metal slats that came with the bedframe. It looks like it's going to do what I need it to do though. Oh and shipping wasn't the best that's why I gave a 4 out of 5 star. It was supposed to have been delivered a week or so ago, but had a delay.

Slats run length wise
I was surprised that the slats ran the length of the bed frame and not the width. I used this for a full size bed frame that did not have a cross bar in the middle. Without the crossbar it did not feel sturdy enough to sleep or sit on. I bought 3 1x4 pieces of wood at the hardware store (and asked them to cut them to just under the measurement of the width of the frame). I placed them on the frame at the top, middle and bottom, then placed the slats on top. This made the slats seem much more supported. The slats would be fine if your frame has a center support across the width.

Great solution to insufficient support on my fold-out sofa bed, but at quite a high price!
I knocked off one star because of the (imho) price gouging on this otherwise-good item. I'd expect to pay $40 for such a set in "full" size, but these are desperate times...The material is good-quality plywood without rough edges or ends, and the slat sets are held together by fabric straps, making it easy to roll them out on top of your frame. The "full" size was a few inches longer than my sofabed frame, but I was easily able to slide the ends under the head end frame bar; having the boards run head-to-tail rather than side-to-side was a good choice to avoid the more common frame width issues.

great product but the size is off
It does what it should but the size is a few centimeters bigger than a king bed frame. Luckily my frame didn't have raised edges so I had no problem with it.

Good quality
Quality of wood smooth and it was just to be used as a cross support for a 3 slat bed frame

Boards don't fit snugly enough.
I have a day bed with a bottom trundle bed. Although the boards are quite sturdy they could be at least an inch longer as they do not fit snuggly to the frame. I will have someone cut them so they fit across the bed rather than lengthwise!

Like the product, though it needs a bit of work to get it secured in place
If you just put it there without securing, the planks are going to move around and eventually you are sleeping in a hole...otherwise good

Sturdy and fit perfect
Sturdy but I had to screw them down so they would stop moving.
