NutraBio Acetyl L-Carnitine (ALCAR) Supplement for Overall Body Health - Supports Fat Loss, 500mg- 150 Capsules

I use this for Graves Disease ( and the hyperthyroidism that Graves causes ). I'm using the to keep my TSH under control. I haven't used this specific brand long enough to say if it works or not. I will report back when I get my next labs. I also take L-carnitine and will be taking bugleweed soon to treat the Graves Disease. I'm taking a multi level approach.In the past I used L-carnitine and it helped improve my TSH within 2 months after being on PTU for at least 6 months with almost no changes to the TSH. PTU did move my T3 and T4 without a problem.Best of luck to all.

I have been taking this to prevent leg cramps. Since I started using this product I have not had one leg cramp! I still get occasional cramps in my hands, but not too bad.
