I bought this product for my son and on the first bottle he/we saw significant growth. I purchased it at Christmas time 2020 with auto refill and he's been taking it consistently since then. Not as much growth as the first bottle, but we remain hopeful as he continues to take the supplement:)

My 12 year old is very small for his age...a good 6-12 inches shorter than his peers. Unfortunately, it’s an inherited trait since my husband and I were very small for our age as kids. It really bothers him and occasionally gets teased about it, so we thought we would give this a try. My son has been taking 2 capsules in the morning. Bottle says 4 pills per day (honestly we mostly forget the other 2 pills in the evening.) So after 5 weeks of taking these pills, my son has grown a half inch! Maybe he would’ve grown this much without the pill, who knows, but I think that’s a lot of growth in just over one month. I will be ordering another bottle today. It can’t hurt because the ingredients seem to be a healthy addition to his diet anyway. On another note, my son cannot swallow pills( we tried but wasted a couple that he choked on and spit out.) So I make him a peanut butter banana smoothie as part of his breakfast..once everything is mixed, I open the 2 capsules and empty contents into the blender, put on low power until mixed in..he tells me there is no change in flavor.

I have just started taking these, so it's too early to tell, however, the ingredient list is very well-balanced: particularly, chlorella works for me much better than spirulina and right now I have to limit my Arginine intake, so Lysine in the supplement is perfect!

My daughter will beg me to buy her these vitamins/pills when she runs out, they really have helped her grow taller. She’s 12 years old and I’m 5ft & my husband is 5.5ft so we’re short people, I don’t expect her to grow much but she has been growing about an inch or 2 every year, she’s currently 5 feet and wants to be at least 5.5ft. I aim to please so if it makes her feel better that we’re being proactive about her height, that’s good enough for me and these have helped a bit.

We started taking this from December 2021 till now for my 8 year old along with other suggested vitamins unfortunately she grew 1inch in 2 years.I wish I could give 5 stars because it helped for everything else bit height and growth.

This is our 5th bottle of the organic Zahler supplement, all from Amazon. So far being a returning customer, I will say this made me a happy and satisfied customer. I verified the ingredients and they are fine with me for my kids to take it. I am positive that this will work for my kids if we continue with this product for at least few months. I will surely give an update! Thanks Zahler!

I am not sure why pain relief was an option we baught this product to help my then 14year old to grow taller, not sure of teenage growth or what but he took this for only a month and he grew almost 2 feet he is taller than me know I will be giving this to my 12 year old now, we were very happy with the results
