Only three stars because it smells nice otherwise there are problems. The instructions say "must be diluted" but where is the information on ratio of dilution? The bottle instructions say "please read enclosed leaflet" but there is no enclosed leaflet. makes me wonder if the product is genuine.

Was excellent at preventing insect bites. What’s lovely is I smelt really nice as well, and made my skin feel soft and shiny whilst preventing those insects from eating you up!

Simply had no effect what so ever re. repelling insects, flies etc. Waste of money in my opinion , if you are buying this wanting an effective insect repel, smells strong but sadly nothing more

Lovely smell. I used it on my holiday and felt protected by the mosquitoes. It is a must for holiday infested mosquitoes destination.

Fly invasion..they fly past electric zapper..fly spray just chokes us but..this smells refreshing and no flies..whats not to like?

to smear round dustbin lid to keep out flies worked a treat !
