Pros and Cons with cons listed 1st.ConsWhen two boxes showed up, one was so damaged the pieces of cardboard stayed in the UPS truck and we just located the parts of the kit in his truck. That was the correct rail kit for my F250. The second box was a rail kit for a Dodge. I contacted the seller as per Amazon protocol and it took nearly a day for a reply(you have to give them 2 days to reply). When the correct half showed up it was a damaged little box in a big undamaged box leading me to believe this company typically sends out its products in damaged boxes.The magnetic cover for when the ball is in the storage position is cheap and will surely not last! Curt's kit has one that seems more robust. Not a deal breaker, I will make my own cover for the savings.The directions from one kit refers to the other and vice-versa. Neither kit had a direction to install the horizontal 5/8 grade 8 carriage bolts connecting the rails to the head. Also no direction to mount the pull handle. It is easy and is self explanatory but should be mentioned. You see them in the drawing but no direction. There were also parts, bolts mainly, that were not listed in the parts list so.... extra parts. This is why I gave install a 3 star (product still a 5 star).Not kit or makers fault but if your bed looks wavy from being crushed in by heavy loads then install will require loosening the bed from the frame and using a jack to raise the bed so the kit will fit. After parts are installed, tighten the bed bolts squeezing it back down and it pops your bed back out making that section look normal again. This was the worst part of my install. I am only mentioning because I am not the only one whose truck is used for work and wanted to warn you.ProsAfter first reply from the company, the customer service and replies were fantastic. They replied immediately back and forth with my questions and replies the 2nd day. They rush ordered the ball hitch kit half of the order telling me it could take up to 8 days due to covid shipping. It took 1 or 2 days. They also emailed me a prepaid label to return the dodge rail kit at my convenience. Can't say enough good about the customer service. We all make mistakes but these people did everything to correct the problem quickly and were very polite!The kit is quality and very easy to install after loosening from the frame and lowering the exhaust(required) and assuming your bed isn't crushed in like mine. The look and fit (ignoring my damaged bed) is great. I do recommend this product. Just remember to refer to diagrams and instructions with diagrams being best.Don't know if you can see how the rear is still crushed in a little but you can see the horizontal supports of my bed in the picture.

Ordered this for a 2003 Ford F350. The information said it would fit, but it didnt. Had to do some modifications and if you have air bag you will be drill new holes to mount them. Also was a week late, in two different boxs and the box with the mounting bars didnt have any of the hardware associated with it, so a trip to homedepot for $45 dollars worth of nuts and bolts. Getting 3 stars because it does look well made but the company itself is terrible.

Only downside was the instuctions missed things for my vehicle. I got everything done and love the gooseball. Just for info...Ours shipped from 2 wearhouses so we had two different days for delivery.

Works great & easy to install, the directions put my hole I had to drill in my bed perfectly in the correct spot.That was my biggest fear.

This product did not fit my truck even tho it stated that is was a fit for my vehicle. Had to return product. Not happy about the time it is costing at all. When looking at the bolt ups, holes did not match up, hardware was “cheap” in my opinion for a trailer hitch.

Product was fine until torque time. The side brackets started to bend inwards and had not even gotten to spec on torque lbs. Tried to get replacement plates and after the first response from CS, they now no longer respond to my emails for support. Pay the extra and get B&W.
