Absolute BEAST crushes anything I throw at it
Arrived well packed, fired up and went through stress tests with flying colors. Beautiful and functional case, this computer is very well designed and put together. Oh, and did I mention it is an absolute BEAST. Expensive but worth every penny. mine came with a MSI mobo and a Gigabyte GPU. The reason you pay top dollar for this brand is to ensure getting top tier components. If you are lazy like me and don't feel like building the computer yourself, this thing is perfect.

Fantastic Computer! Off the chain in almost every category.
The Corsair i8100 is one of the best computers out there. Looks great, it's super quiet and will easily handle everything you throw at it. The controls from RGB lighting to fan speed and temperature management are outstanding and easy to use. My only draw back is even though the MB is rigged with 4 RAM slots this one (actually none of them will) handle 4 sticks of DDR5 RAM. I added two more 32Gb sticks and the computer started crashing every few minutes. Could get it to run by clocking it back from 6,000 to 5,400 MHz, but that slowed the system. I ended up removing the RAM and clocking it back up to 6k. So, don't waste your money buying extra ram, until the Motherboard companies get the boards to handle 4 sticks of DDR5. other than that, this computer is a beast and I'd highly recommend it! You will love it.

Another Defective Corsair
This is now the second Corsiar Vengance PC I have received defective in the past two weeks. The first was an i7400 I returned last week due to constant blue screen crashes when running applications. The error never stayed on the screen long enough to view and logs were of no help. I decided since I was sending the unit back, I would upgrade to the i8100 and give Gorsair another shot. Well, the new one came and guess what? It had been opened before. The shrink was off the glass, stickers were removed and put back and the trash was in the box. So of course, when I powered it on I had no monitor signal. Looking closer I found that the GPU wasn't getting any power. It looks like there might be a crimp in the cable running from the power supply. Suppose it could be a bad power supply or GPU too. In any case I am done with Corsair. I would never recommend a Corsair to anyone...EVER. I guess you could place the blame on Amazon for failing to inspect a return, but maybe it was a Corsair return sent to Amazon. Either way there are some real quality issues going on at Corsair. What a shame, great looking machine, great specs and a 2-year warranty. But what good is that if you can't get a working system out of the box? UPDATE: The item was returned before. I found the prior customer's RMA in the box and sent it along with the return to Amazon.

An Absolute Beast
First off mine is the i8200 Corsair Vengeance LINK edition. I know sometimes Amazon puts multiple computer builds under the same review section so hope this helps just in case. This thing is exactly what you’re looking for if you’re in the market for a super high performance and high budget pre-built. When it arrived it was packaged very well and I was lucky enough to have no physical damage to the PC case. It runs everything exactly how’d you expect given the specs and I got a nice black MSI 4090 (you don’t get to pick what version of a 4090 you get, almost a loot box lol). I’m running Cyberpunk 2077 on a 4K 120HZ monitor (HDMI 2.1) with everything maxed out; Ray tracing on, Path Traced Ray tracing also on and using DLSS 3.0 frame generation with DLSS Balanced and getting around 110 FPS. If you run it on those settings natively you get around a consistent 70 FPS which is still very impressive. It also stays pretty quiet despite being a monster of a rig. I had one problem after a couple days of playing with one of the fans rattling, likely some kind of bearing damage from shipment. Good news is I emailed support and they had a new fan shipped out to me within 2 days and were very friendly and knowledgeable. The new LINK fan system Corsair used here makes it incredibly easy to replace without even needing to mess with wires. I’m very happy with this purchase and if you have the money to spend, Corsair knocked it out of the park with this thing!

Works Great, But Flawed, Especially for the Price
This PC has been an up and down battle many times. Out of the box, the 4090 was struggling to work for more than 5 minutes at a time, the PC STILL takes 5x longer to boot than my O L D PC with only Harddrives, not Solid State Drives, and for the price, I can't say I'm overly happy with it. I definitely feel like I got a bit ripped off in some ways, yet the performance does much to mollify those annoyances. I'll start with the problems. This thing will make your heart drop everytime you turn it on. It takes, quite literally, 1 full minute to even get off a blackscreen. That time can go up to an entire 3 minutes of raw darkness for absolutely no apparent reason as the thing boots, and I can't find a single thing about why that may be. This makes the process of testing and rebooting abhorrently agonizing. The PC I had immediately before this would boot in about 5 seconds. The reason I got a new prebuilt is so that my partner could get that one as a very solid starter rig, and because I just didn't want to deal with building one myself again. Despite this seeming like it would make getting into the Bios easier, it actually makes it even harder since you're just staring at the screen for a very long time waiting for the veritable blip of a moment to buttonmash f12. It's an issue. Everything about booting this PC is an issue. It's slow, nerve-wracking, and honestly just a pain that shouldn't be. The 4090 constantly would disconnect for a single second at a time. That single moment would cause everything to crash and the monitors to flicker fiercely. Making sure it was snug in the slot didn't fix it, but oddly, forcing maximum performance did. Found that solution online, and it thankfully worked. Not a great thing to face immediately, as I thought my card was basically DOA. This also doesn't come with a brace for the massive hunk of metal that is the 4090, which is really annoying since for almost 5k, you'd expect a 10$ addition like that to prevent sag. The thing is also so much larger than I thought. I usually think wheels are a bit silly on a case, but this monster needs them. Moving this thing is a nightmare, as there are no grips, no wheels, and plenty of places that are anything but secure to hold. But that's really it for the flaws. They're very big problems given the price, but that aside? God, what a gorgeous rig. It absolutely devours games and taxing Adobe programs like nothing at all. I'd say there's nothing it can't handle, but it's sadly not even enough for modern games anymore. Looking at you, Stalker 2. If you're getting this for a good Stalker 2 experience, or even a MH Wilds, that's just not going to happen. It was shell shocking to go from 400fps without DLSS in Doom Eternal to 30 in Stalker 2. That's not the fault of the rig, but proof of just how powerful this thing really is, and how awful modern games are being optimized. This thing could devour anything pre-2024 that I threw at it and scoff in the face of 1080p. I finally upgraded to 1440p because of this beast, and it STILL didn't break a sweat for most things. A few games could make it dip beneath 144fps, but just a few. This rig is a beast, and once you get it working, BOY does it work! Sadly, the glass is on the side I can't see, but it has a very gorgeous interior. The cable management is also fantastic, and the temps are right where they should be. All in all, I don't regret my purchase, but I'm just a bit miffed by its flaws. This should have been a much better experience than it was.

Just an amazing piece of hardware, fast delivery, no issues with install.
First, the RGB is really nice on this unit. I know that is not what anyone is looking for in a review, but, it is very nice eye candy. Received with no shipping issues, on time, and identification was required at delivery so it was certain to be received by the appropriate person. Unpacked, then set up, update drivers, all went very well. The fps on many games I was playing was amazing. I got the a8100 and not the i8100 as there are still outstanding issues with the intel gen 13 and 14 cpu's. Pricey, but, that MSI Nividia Gforce 4090 makes everything I have thrown at it so far smooth, even at 3840x2160. *update* 9 months later... and the system has no issues no matter what I throw at it. Pushing maxed settings on Minecraft, Skyrim, etc. Performs well on all on 4K LG large tv monitor. Not a complaint in the world with this unit, very impressed.

A beast! Quiet and Powerful.
This is machine is everything I expected and more. A little larger than I expected, but that's ok. Well built and tidy. Update: Now that I have had it for more than a year, my only disappointment has been Corsair's lack of BIOS releases. I would not buy Corsair again in the future because of it and so I have reduced it from 5 stars to 4 stars. I think it will reduce the overall useful life of the machine.

Basically a five thousand dollar brick
Recieved the product with minor exterior damage (a dented front vent) Booted up the computer and the graphics card is completely busted. Unable to recognize any display with it installed. Now I have to keep jumping through hoops to try and either fix this card or buy a new one. (UPDATE) After a few days of back and forth with Corsair’s tech support, they gave me the option to replace it, which is appreciated. If the new one is up and running out the box as I should I’ll update the rating. Update 2 New one is up and running fine. Had a faulty motherboard that was the root of the issues. New one runs fantastic.
