Perfect fit!
Perfect replacement for my 120 mm RGB fans these look much better!

No instructions won't work without tweaking your fan control in bios etc
No instructions and cryptic mention of it working with your RGB software. It's a three lead fan which I have never had a problem with as far as speed control but this turns blue UNTIL bios kicks in then it goes dark. Had to tweak in bios.. using voltage control it would only light up at full speed, so to get the thing to light at less than full speed I had to use PWM in bios. With this setting you can get your fan to light but have no speed control. Sure not what I have experienced from ANY other lighted three pin fan. To make matters worse, anything you can find in the way of help / documentation is in Portuguese ! No one there can speak english or translate???? Go elsewhere.

I assembled this on My PC case, and this looks so beautiful! (It's at the bottom right)Definitely will buy more units later, since i'm planning to light my whole case with a blue colored theme.
