My physical therapist and I were looking for a a better size and comfortable brace for my wrist tendon strain.Thisvway it would keep my wrist from moving left and right and the tand reducing blood flow too both corner entendor in my wrist . The inside band is very nice keeps bucklet and straps from digging into your wrists like my other ones did. Con the band needs to be wider when tigting the velcro straps it has a tendency for the band to not make it under the end srap. : Took a star away do to needing a karder size after measuring my wrists and ordering it did not close all the way. . Con in the palm of the hand the plate use to support the wrist is very nice. But it wears out fast there because the material is fake leather and it will run on everything you do and the material will start to wear out from the rubbing.(But the price is affordable to replace them every 3 months if needed

Good support for my wrist as I suffer with hEDS. The metal plates feel really sturdy and keep my wrist REALLY supported - but almost too much. It makes it difficult to do general activities with it on. I also struggle with the size as my wrist is quite small but my forearm is bigger, so the strap on my forearm doesn't fit as well. Overall I'd say the quality of the product is great; it's not the most comfortable thing to wear, but it definitely helps to ease my pain - I use it most days. Would definitely recommend trying it - it might be perfect for you - especially for the price. Oh and it comes in a resealable pouch which is fab for storage.

I never take it off becouse without it it’s too much pain but with it the pain is a lot less and it’s so very comfortable
