I am 62 years old. Have noncolored dry gray old lady hair. Thin very wavy fine dry hair that this shampoo and conditioner made feel so soft and smooth silky and even as little shiny. Gave my light old hair a little weight and moisture that was perfect.

Great for Dry and Dull Hair! I’ve been using the MONDAY Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner for a few weeks now, and I’m honestly impressed. Love this shampoo and conditioner. My hair went from course and dull to shiny and soft. Moisturizes great and even the ends of my hair feel softer. Its great that its paraben, sulfate, and cruelty free as well.

Monday shampoos and conditioners are by far the best inexpensive hair products I've tried in years. The scent is pleasant but not overbearing. My hair is straight and I have a lot of it that makes it heavy but the strands are fine so I'm always fighting flyaways. Monday moisturizing shampoo and conditioner works well to keep flyaways at bay. I also use the smoothing combos and the clarifying combos, depending on what my hair needs that day. Typically I wash my hair every 2 to 3 days when using Monday products. When using different brands, I typically need to wash and condition my hair daily. My hair is low maintenance as I do not blow dry or style it. I just wash it, condition it, air-dry and brush it. I love Monday's products.
