I tried the remover for the first time and it caused scars on my cheeks and my temple area. I tried using ice packs and aloevera gel but it looks like it's getting worse!! I followed the instruction of not keeping it on an area for more than 3 seconds but still it scarred badly my face. I would not recommend this product to anyone!

Very great product, value for money.

Even on the lowest suction setting and following all suggestions for using on sensitive skin, this machine caused immediate broken blood vessels and bruising on my nose on first use. Worse yet, it didn’t remove any blackheads or gunk so I didn’t get any benefit at all. I returned it immediately due to the damage it did.

I did not like this blackhead remover. It didn't have enough suction power to do so. The heating element also did not work. Mailed back.

Ended up returning. I barely used it on my face and it left a red mark.

Bruise my son's face. Hoping it's not a permanent scar. Do not buy this
