This thing is a social-life saver! I bought this instead of the other ones that are featured because it bragged that it helped with mewing. I try to actively mew whenever I can and sometimes I forget so this product is very helpful. I don't have to worry about using nasal strips and I can take it with me when traveling. Mewing is important because it can help with breathing and swallowing problems so I feel good about using this product regularly. I'm toning my face, breathing better, and no longer disturbing those around me. All I see is a win.

Absolutely amazing and such a simple design. I am 44m and am thin body type but have always struggled with snoring badly and was diagnosed twice with mild sleep apnea. I have been a mouth breathing my whole life and knowing it’s bad always wanted to fix it but never found the right thing. I use SnoreLab and for past 7 years have used a mouth device that moves my jaw forward at night which has spared me from CPAP but still don’t feel 100% and still snore a little on the old mouth device, but this MEW device works absolutely amazing for me. I combine it with a nasal strip and my snore scores went from like 20-30 range to 3-6. Been using it for 10 nights and the snore scores are like this every single night and my wife says I am silent. And this device is so much more comfortable than my huge locking jaw moving device.I am so appreciative of your company for providing this amazing device.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I recently became interested in mouth taping, but was worried about the irritation from the tape and other potential side effects, so when I stumbled across these I was excited to try them. The rubber of the mouth piece is flexible and easy to manipulate into your mouth, it is a bit uncomfortable at first, but I did get used to it. I definitely feel like im sleeping better and experiencing overall positive effects since using this. I do tend to sleep with my mouth open, which has caused some issues with keeping this in place, but overall it is a good product.

Revised 7-03-2025. I've been using it now 3 months and I've noticed my eEpic snoring has decreased by 70% my overall snoring score has lowered by about 30%. I'm only using the nighttime version and I probably should start using the daytime version to train my nose breathing capabilities. I'll give a review in another 3 months so far so good it's a good product that it was a gimmick!Been using it now at night for about 3 weeks. Generally I'd mouth tape so I thought I would try this because of the cost of taping everynight and the glue on your mouth. It comes with 2 devices one for at night that goes on your neck which is black and the clear one is to use during the day. I'll be honest I'm not using the daily clear one to train to be a nose breather. I have to say though I'm getting the same Snore Score results or as the tape without all the hassle I'm going to start using the clear one during the day and re-evaluate 3 weeks. FYI I use a snore app called Snorelab to track my nightly scores. Seems like a good product.

Let me tell you—this is hands down the BEST sleeping mouthpiece I’ve ever used! 🙌I’ve tried some of the most expensive ones out there, and they were either bulky, uncomfortable, or just didn’t work. But THIS one? Total game-changer.✅ Super comfortable✅ Easy to use✅ AffordableI slept like a baby and woke up feeling refreshed. Definitely a 5 out of 5 stars from me. This kit is way better than using mouth tape no discomfort and totally reusable. It’s helped me switch to nose breathing both at night and during the day. I wake up feeling more rested, with less dry mouth. It’s super comfortable, easy to clean, and feels really durable. I’ve even noticed better focus and energy during workouts. Definitely a better, more sustainable alternative to tape or strips. Highly recommend if you want better sleep and better breathing!

not really effective. It does hold the tongue in place along top of the mouth when first. However the suction fails fairly quickly if you aren't concentrating on it. Definitively does not work while sleeping. works a little better if sleep exclusively on your back but doesn't hold tongue in place all night even then. Nothing about the design will keep your mouth closed so your lower jaw will drop at some point and make this pointless. Shifting to sleeping on your side instantly makes crooked and pointless. These might work for you if trying to teach yourself to keep tongue on top of mouth while awake this might be a tool someone could use but it will not replace mouth tape because will not keep your mouth closed while asleep. I would also comment that the price is pretty high for materials used and quality, especially since fairly ineffective. Not going to return since has been in my mouth. Maybe will see if can get some use out of it while exercising or something.
