Gaia Body Care 5% Bakuchiol Oil Organic - Anti Aging, Anti Wrinkle, Reduces Fine Lines, Smooths Skin, Hydrates - Botanical Vegan - Natural Retinol Alternative Facial Oil (1oz, Rose)

Had been using a retinol product for about 4 months. Worked well, but I was concerned about sun sensitivity. I had read about bakuchiol oil and looked for products online. This one by Gaia has the fewest ingredients and a very light Damascus rose scent that fades quickly. I have been using it for about 4 weeks and the results are Fabulous! Better than retinol ever thought of being. My skin tone has evened out (had lots of brown sun spots that are fading). Has improved my skin texture on face, neck and chest. I'm especially impressed with what it has done for my sagging neck skin - almost all of the sagging is gone (I'm 71 years old). I use 4 drops on face, neck and chest every night, with coconut oil after. Daytime I use just 2 drops with a sunscreen moisturizer over it; 4 drops are too many for day wear and my makeup doesn't stay on very well. I cannot say enough good things about this product! Have bought 3 additional bottles to give to friends. Again, it's Fabulous!

Smells and feels great. Close too the goop oil.

I love this product but the scented version was too much for me. I didn’t know they had unscented and was happy when I realized I could get it unscented. This is the natural version of Retin A. I’m very particular about using only natural ingredients on my body. I am an esthetician and rate this product as very effective for improving the texture and youthfulness of the skin. I know many don’t recommend using vitamin c serum with the chemical version of Retin A, but it doesn’t cause any irritation with this natural form for me. I use it under the Bakuchiol oil and it’s very effective night and day. I don’t use anything else except for a couple of drops of natural castor oil. But castor oil in a glass bottle, hexane free and organic is awesome. I think you will love it!

New skin care product to my regimen. I use expensive products. Recently, learned about this product. It’s too soon to rate it since I’ve only used it 2 days. I use it under another facial product that I’ve used for years. Thus far, I have had no adverse reactions and my skin feels better already. For that reason, I’ll give it 5 stars. If I purchase another bottle, I’ll write a follow up review, because I’ll have more to share as far as if it helps with eye wrinkles or anything.

I have acne prone and oily skin and this product did not break me out. Although it can be a bit shiny at times so I prefer to use it mostly at night, it does leave your skin hydrated and soft. Since there is a blend of different hydrating oils in this product, a little goes a long way. Definitely looking to see the long term benefits.
