Highly adjustable good product, well made
I am now ordering my third one of these, which at first look may make it look like this is not a good product. Wrong. It has 5stars for a reason. The straps take a bit of time to get adjusted right, but as there are 4 of them our deep chested thin ish necked rottweiler fits in it a treat. Problem is he's a bit if a bulldozer with no spatial awareness so will run into kitchen cabinets, cars, fence posts and other breakable stuff whilst wearing it, weakening the plastic clips. Based on this, I honestly think 2 years worth of twice a day wear before breaking makes a good product. Oh, and the clip at the front for the double ended lead is also a bonus. Our dog is comfortable in this too, so even if it wasn't as good as it is, it's still worth buying.

Great harness
The media could not be loaded. 2nd one of these harnesses I have purchased ( grew out of 1st one eventually). Easy to slip on and off, adjustable, has a grab handle on the top which is great. I have a gps tracker which was easily attached to one of the straps on the harness. Bought a matching collar in orange too !

Fiddly to Fit but Excellent for the Price
I was worried this product would be cheaply made as it is quite a bit less costly than a few others that are of a similar design. In fact it appears robust and seems to be well made. My dog has worn it for several walks over the weekend and he is a strong puller - the rings and clips appear to be strong and I am hopeful they will deal well with his pulling over time.I found it a bit fiddly to fit, because there are four points of adjustment and making sure to adjust each side equally was a bit difficult. Obviously the plus side is it can be tailored quite well to any dog - mine is a medium size Whippet x Labrador and has a deep chest and narrow body so harnesses often slide around being too loose or too tight in different ways. This one being so adjustable (if fiddly) made it quite customisable to my dog.My only suggestion for improvement is to put the D ring on the back further back towards where the grab handle is (right on the back end of the harness) as I feel the harness lifts up off his back when he pulls due to the placement of it. This is a very minor issue though, and completely liveable as it is.Another feature that doesn't appear to be mentioned is that there is a small elasticated section at the bottom of the straps that go around the body. This is definitely a plus point as it makes it so that the harness has a little bit of 'give' when my dog pulls - it can only be more comfortable due to this slight give.I was concerned about how the harness would fit in the underarm area but there is good clearance and my dog moves well and seems quite comfortable. We are quite active with long walks, swimming and flyball and I believe this harness is a good all-round general activity harness. Excellent reflective and hi-vis materials used making my black dog more visible (and hopefully safer) at night.UPDATE: I wanted to add that this harness has stood up well so far without showing any signs of wear. My dog has been wearing it for almost 3 weeks on our walks and it has survived rough terrain, scrambling through bushes and several river swimming outings as well as several washes very well. There is a spongy type of padding in the chest of the harness that absorbs a lot of water and it stays damp for a while after a swim - I quite like this as I feel it will keep my dog cool in hot weather, and I might deliberately dampen it on hot, dry walks. However in winter it may get water logged with cold rain in winter so that will be a consideration in wetter winter months. For the summer this is an excellent harness that seems tough enough to stand up to a lot of rugged wear and tear.

Long lasting
I’ve had my boy’s orange harness for 2 1/2 years. It’s still very functional and has survived numerous washes after my boy rolls in mud and fox poo over the years. It’s still very orange looking although now stained. I have been considering ordering a new one but now because the old one is broken or no longer service but only because it is old and stained. I have never had a harness as long lasting as this and to remain perfectly functional for all this time. My boy still uses the same harness and was even wales today using it. If anyone is wondering what harness to buy for their dog I would highly recommend this brand.

Fits into every way harness, or does it?
The fits into every way harness actually branded Truelove, doesn't fit that well. I measured the dog round his chest, and it fits well round his chest, but seems loose round his neck and shoulders. There are buckles to adjust it but not that easy to adjust and once I got it snug it no longer fitted over his head to take off, there is no buckle to open the neck part. He's my smallest rescue dog and just over 9kg but pulls like crazy on walks especially if he sees birds even flying overhead, and cats ....don't get me started on cats! I've tried a Beapher head collar - pretty good and he hasn't got that off, but worried about damaging his neck - a Gencon all in one - he gets that off easily, and finally (well probably not, there must be something that works) this harness. There are many different "brands" on Amazon but if you look you will see the Truelove logo, they are the same and seem to be creating false competition to me. There is a Truelove website, I looked to see if there was advice on fitting and using the harness. The company is Chinese, there is no advice available. The harness seems substantial, nice bright colour and has two loops, one on the back and one on the chest. The chest one is clearly metal coated black, the back one is made of SBT (some sort of man made plastic like material) that Truelove are clearly proud of, it's like loops found on rucksacks. I attached a doubled ended training lead to both loops. My dog had short legs and the front attachment is quite low so he was constantly getting tangled in the lead until I fed it through the "carrying handle", which doesn't work when he also needs his waterproof coat on. I can't carry him or even pick him up with the tiny insubstantial "carrying handle". It seems easier to pick him up with the harness on, less slippery!I've now added a bungee coupler to the end of the lead and attached it to the back loop to try and save my joints when he takes off after birds, it is meant for two dogs but I attached both ends to the harness, seems to help a little. This is my first experience using a harness on a dog, it had no effect on his pulling at all. He's not got out of it yet, but is an escape artist so he might. It's a quite hard rigid outer material, not sure how comfortable it is, and I worry that it rubs round the neck and front from being loose, but the dog seems happy enough to carry on walking (or rather pulling), it's pretty easy to take off and put on as long as it's not adjusted to fit round the neck. I wish I hadn't bought it and had found a better one.
