Needs a little bit of improvement
The rack is great, worth every penny so far! The instructions are a little difficult (im a little dyslectic) but they are understandable to the average person, the only problem i had was with the holes on one of the lefs that were off half an inch, i used a unibit and fixed it and it worked, other than that its a great product, specifically for someone that is starting its own small bussines and dont have much fund's yet....

BUYER BEWARE
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!! Save your money and save yourself the headache. It arrives I’m multi boxes. The boxes are so heavy you can’t even lift them. Everything was bent and damaged and the directions have been photo copied so many times you can’t even read them!! They said if you can it back to us we’ll give you your money back. It was so impossible to return in the torn/damage package plus hauling that thing into a UPS store they would laugh you right out of the building. They know it’s impossible for you to return. so if you don’t return they are so kind as to offer you a partial refund, a whopping $30 refund. $30 On a $340 product!! And amazon is of no help, they will tell you “the seller offered you a simple solution” and then delete the conversation!After getting stuck with the product what else are you to do besides scrap it? Attempt to build it, we tried to make sense of the directions but then realized, of course not all the hardware was there so after 3 hours of sorting and grouping we figured what we needed to buy. Went to the local hardware store and we needed $89 worth of bolts to assemble this product! Not to mention how cheaply it is made and already rusted out of the box.Again do yourself a favor!! Keep scrolling!!! DO NOT BUY! I wish I didn’t have to put at least 1 Star!

What no assembly instructions?
Well, imagine my husband's remarks when he opened up the packaging and there were absolutely no instructions on how to assemble this rack. He even stated that he went on YouTube and those instructions per him were no very helpful either. After several hours of frustration and trial and error assembling this ladder rack he was successful. Looks good and seems to be what he needed to organize his work truck.

Great Deal!
Not sure what the price is currently, but when I bought it the thing was so cheap I couldn't believe they could make it for that. Couple years later and it's still fine, I use it to haul kayaks and lots of stuff.

Absolute garbage
This truck rack is absolute garbage. It arrived rusty. It is nothing more than cheap pipes with holes drilled in all the wrong places. It will not fit a Ford. I have 3 Ford truck, and this doesn't fit any of them. Missing major parts. The so called instructions cant be read, parts list is just a sack of nuts and bolts, and they will not even fit in the predrilled holes. Don't buy this thing. Its trash.
