These are OK but with some trepadation
For the price, there is not much to complain about but with someone who owns a stone cottage, the pins need to be pretty strong. I've always suffered with bent pins and so what I generally do is buy special pins separately and use the hooks from these types of multi-boxes.So overall i'm pretty pleased but with the caveat that I've yet to come across a set of these with good tempered pins

Yep you can hang pictures on them...
As I'm sure most men looking at this I'm the same I was asked by my girlfriend to put some pictures up around the house so picked up this pack from Amazon for a cheap picture hanging kit it works perfect the nails could maybe be slightly better but that could be because my walls are plastered not plaster board like in newer houses so on patches the nails would hit the brick behind the plaster while the nail was still out from the wall otherwise happy girlfriend so makes my life easierWould recommend to save your ears from girlfriends moaning about wanting pictures up on the wall.

Hooks OK, but **don't work on plaster or lath-and-plaster walls**
The hooks seem fine and strong, but I think the nails are about 1-2mm too long for my traditional lath-and-plaster walls. I hammered the nails in, but they were still sticking out about 1mm when they encountered resistance from the laths. I gave them another whack with the hammer and the golden heads of the nails fell off!Even when using them on standard plasterboards, the nails don't stick in the walls - they are loose and have no strength, so if someone was to move or disturb the picture frame, the hook (and therefore the picture) would be likely to fall off!I can really only imagine these hooks (or more accurately their nails) working in 'wooden' structures.

They do the job
The nails are a bit too long as the band easily, but if handled with care they do the job really well.

Very good value
Good value, the hooks are stronger than they look.

Surprisingly solid feeling - decent quality
I was expecting something like the packs of fixings you can get from Ikea - cheap and cheerful - but it was nicer than that - the pins and hooks were more substantial than I was expecting and it all appears to be working well.

Solid non bending
These pictures are solid and don't bend which is great for heavy frames pictures. This is the 2and batch I have bought and not disappointed. You just can't get this quality in shops.

I have absolute faith in these heavy duty hooks
I have absolute faith in these heavy duty hooks. Such a relief to be able to bash a couple of nails into the wall rather than drilling, plugging and screwing. In this pack you'll find one, two and three-nail hooks to hold up the heaviest of hangings. Check out the picture. That is a big mirror!
