This is the best source of Molybdenum I have ever taken
This was recommended to me by someone who takes molybdenum and has health issues similar to mine. I had been taking molybdenum for a while before she recommended this brand. It seems to me like Biotics MoZyme Forte Molybdenum has a much quicker and greater effect than the other brands I've taken. So I stick with it.

Works well
I was having problems with taking NAC (and Glutathione) due to the high sulfite/sulfur content it has. Some people are sensitive to it. It gave me headaches and revved me up which is not good at bed time. I read in Dr. Ben Lynch's book to take Molybdenum for this and it works. I like that it is a tablet and I usually only take half of one.

I’ve been having some issues with sulfites and some issues post mold exposure. This helps a ton.

I think it’s working!
I bought this to help my body absorb my supplements I take so they don’t go to waste! I take this with selenium. Someone suggested this to me and this is the only brand I could find! Seems to be working great! They also told me to cut these in half but I just take a whole one and I haven’t noticed any negative side effects!

Helps with sulfur metabolism
Helps with sulfur metabolism. My acupuncturist recommended this particular product because she thinks so highly of this brand. She recommended it to me because I was having trouble with sulfur metabolism. Molybdenum helps break down sulfur. And if you have SIBO, you may have trouble with sulfur metabolism. This product definitely helps. I don’t think you should take any more than one tablet a day though. However, I believe the body is able to read it self of extra molybdenum if necessary.

Too much filler material in it; also, looked mouldy and tasted awful.
Too much filler material in it, ratio wise, compared to the active and desired ingredient. Also, it looked mouldy and tasted awful. I threw all the pills away. A swing and a miss. ~ Then I sought out and purchased another brand's molybdenum product. (One whose formulation I have more confidence in.)
