I was recommended this supplement by my fertility consultant. Little did I know it would also help with my weight, as I’m now able to manage my sugar cravings much better. I can’t yet comment on its effects on fertility, but it has definitely been life-changing for me. I take one capsule in the morning and one in the evening. Easy to swallow and no flavor or sides effects

This is a really great powder, it doesn’t have a horrible taste like some of the others I’ve tried. It really helped my period regulate.

Works pretty well

Completely flavourless which is amazing, it is great for me because I hate taking pills. Yet to see if it actually works for my pcos symptoms but so far so good! Only downside is you do need 2 scoops a day if you want to reach the recommended 4000mg dosage. I’ve signed up for subscriptions to get it every month but not sure if the tub will last a whole month due to it being on the small side.

This is the first supplement I am taking that i can actually say it makes a difference. I already ordered my second bottle. Although I just started about a week ago so I don't know how effective it is in regards to hormonal impacts but the inflammatory and stress relief impact I can feel it already. Also I have battle with insomnia since childhood I seem to be falling asleep faster these days. Fingers crossed maybe there are other compounding factors. But I do love this supplement.

I’ve been taking myo and d chiro inositol for a few months and I have never felt better! I tried this brand and got them in beadlets form and powder form. Not sure if it’s the dosage but the powder gives me terrible heartburn and acid reflux!! But the beadlets are amazing I’d absolutely recommend, the only negative is the smaller dose and having to take 4 to reach 1g when the recommended dose for PCOS is apparently 4g (I’ve noticed improvement taking just 1-2g daily but in case anyone here takes 4g you’d need to take 16 tablets)

You never get rid of PCOS, even though I had a full hysterectomy. I get discomfort and vaginally cyst. It still in the blood stream. This is the best thing I have ever taken this powder. Day 2 cyst gone. Please bring it back, the powder. Please makers this is a gold mine. It gave me good moods, no pain and helped my daughter Pcos. Nothing can match it

I have struggled for years with irregular periods and I check every box for PCOS. Despite that my OBGYN would never diagnose or treat me for PCOS. I started reading online ways to reduce insulin resistance and things that can help balance my hormones. I started taking this a few months ago and added Primal Queen supplements. I gave up on having a baby all together because I am 39. I went on a cruise for Halloween and came back with a very expensive souvenir that should arrive in July 2026! If you are on the fence, try it!

I bought this after I read that it can help you get pregnant. I had been trying for over 2 years. I went out on a limb and tried it. I am writing this 1 year later with my baby in my arms. I am reordering now in hopes it will regulate my hormones being postpartum. If you are TTC, this is worth a shot.

As a PCOS girlie my cycle was all over the place and the weight would never come off even with "extra support" that is popular. After seeing these ads for PCOS supplements and doing some research, the main ingredient was this and this is a whole lot cheaper. I'm on my second tub and not planning to stop. I'm regular again, on the clock and down 15 pounds through calorie deficit and this. No need to mix with water, I just drop the scoop full in and go. As a person who looks at reviews, I'm telling you this is amazing!

I came to write this review because the first SIGN I’ve noticed and only been using it for a month is during ovulation I have so much discharge (in a healthy way). That is a sign of good ovulation and fertility. I can see why everyone is pregnant using this lol. I’m taking it more to balance my hormones. But good luck to all the girlies using this! OH! And ease into taking it to PREVENT HEADACHES. Instead of taking one whole scoop/dose I took 25% the first day then the second day I did 50% and so on. I was fine.

Early May 2023: I had been breastfeeding my daughter for almost 1.5 years and still had no period. I was trying to get it back so we could start trying again and heard this helped regulate hormones and your cycle so I have it a try! Within 1-2 weeks of starting it I actually got my period back! I was elated and impressed! (But just wait lol) June 2023: lo and behold, after ONE period and using this for a month I got pregnant! I was SHOCKED! It took a year to conceive my first, so I really am chalking it up to this supplement that everything went so easily! October 2025: second baby is now here and 7 months old😊 and I’m starting this again to see if it will bring my period back again lol. *I personally love the powder! It is superrr fine so be cautious when opening! But I’d much rather add one scoop in my drink over taking multiple pills a day! It dissolves well, especially if you let it sit for a minute or two!
