Really happy with this bench so far. It’s sturdy, comfortable, and feels like it can handle some serious use. The padding is thick enough to be comfortable without feeling soft or unstable, and the whole thing has a heavy-duty feel to it. Nothing wobbles or shifts around when you're working out, which is exactly what you want from a bench like this.Adjusting it is quick and easy—everything locks into place without a fight, and it feels secure in every position. Update: 3/5 starsI’ve used this bench a few times now. Truthfully, I kind of wish I had done a bit more research or just went for it and purchased a better brand. This one will do, but it’s not as sturdy as I would like. It’s not great for all bench exercises such as reverse sit ups. The seat is not fixed in place enough. The bolt provided to set the positions still allows the seat to wiggle if you put any reverse stress on it at all, making that movement in particular almost impossible. Hard to explain, but I hope that makes sense. If I hadn’t already bought this bench, I’d probably look elsewhere.Original review:We’re adding some gym equipment to our garage to make it easier to get a quick workout in. I used this bench for just a minute after assembly to test it out; it seems like decent quality. Super easy to assemble; it comes about 90% pre-assembled. Weighty so hopefully sturdy. The four base feet are adjustable which I find super nifty if you’re on a slightly uneven surface. I like the versatility of the bench; it can be adjusted to a variety of positions depending on the exercise you want to do. Overall, I’d say this is a pretty solid purchase. Only time will tell really. I’ll try to remember to give an update after a few months. Really hoping it lasts.

I use it for everything from presses to core work, and it feels secure and comfortable during every movement.The adjustability and folding feature are excellent—I love how quickly it folds up and how little space it takes when stored. The padding is firm and supportive, making longer sessions more comfortable.One small thing to note: there’s a gap between the seat and backrest when it’s set at certain angles. It’s not a dealbreaker at all, but I did end up placing a folded towel in the gap for added comfort during certain exercises like bench presses or flys. That quick fix worked perfectly.Overall, this is a high-quality bench at a great price, and the space-saving design makes it ideal for home use. I’d definitely buy it again and recommend it to others!

I bought the Flybird weight bench as a small home bench to do inclines, declines, and some other dumbbell exercises. I was a little nervous because it was inexpensive - I have had heavy commercial grade benches in the past.First of all, the assembly couldn’t have been easier. 8 screws essentially. Less than 15 minutes to set up. The bench is so light I carried it by myself to the 2nd floor. However, it is amazingly stable and does not wobble or shake when performing exercises. The bench is also wide enough to support a large person. I am 6’3” and 205lbs. The upper bench is big enough that my head is able to rest on the pad.Although I leave the bench fully assembled, it looks like it will easily fold flat with the pull of a pin. If you are looking for an affordable, light-weight but sturdy home bench, this product is for you. It has exceeded my expectations.

Nice bench. I wanted something not too large. I am 6 ft tall and weight 275lbs and it supports me and my activities ok. Because it is not very wide on the base, it can tend to get a bit wobbly at times, but manageable. Material and padding on the seat & back is adequate (doubt its real leather). Not the best out there, but adequate for the price. Assembly was straight forward, and adjustability is a snap. I am very pleased with the bench. At this price it's hard to do any better.

EXCELLENT quality adjustable workout bench. I am a female (5'11" 145 lbs) in decent shape. This weight bench is sturdy for my body. The quality and craftmanship of this bench is great. I placed my bench in the basement because the air is always cooler down there. I lift 20lb dumbbells and a 40lb bar. I also like how easy it is to adjust the bench up or down. The assembly was very easy. I attached 2 parts the front and the back. I don't use the footrest because I am tall so I did not attach it to the bench. Love this bench and highly recommend. :-)

This thing is GREAT. I have it in a converted dining room on the 1st Floor, while my weights and machines are in my basement. VERY convenient for area, it's 12x11, E-Z moveabilty and functionality....5 minute "install". Its sturdy outta the box, I'm like 180 lbs, but also comes with balances at the turn of a knob.Really, a great product so far!
