Yes it is just one bag - I would not recommend this because you only get one and they come all crushed up, waste of $11 for sure.

Q: What do I do when chip arrives and bag is open, chips falling out and stale?

Same happened to me. Were packed with other things and one bag was completely opened at the top and chips smashed everywhere. Need a refund?

I called Frito Lay regarding Cheetos which have been out of stock in local markets. The csr told me that COVID had shut down some of their production lines but would resume w/in the next 2 weeks. He said he would send me some coupons which he did. U might call Frito Lay like I I did to get the real story.
