I got this to help with constant neck pain that often causes headaches. It's firm but not too hard. Once I lay on it I can feel the tension in my neck release right away. It's surprisingly more comfortable than I thought it would be. The material feels good and supportive. You can also flip it over so you have more neck support or less depending on what you need.It's rather small so it fits nicely on my couch or bed. I'm really happy with how well this works for me. It's a easy way to stretch out my neck and release some tension.
