Gond Katira should not be unfamiliar to many. Very effective and beneficial to beat heat. Just soak one or two piece of it in a half cup of water overnight and in the morning you will find jelly type substance. Mix it in your summer drink with chia or basil seed, also pre soaked. Enjoy your healthy drink. Quality of this product is very good and I liked it very much.
