Very beautiful design and sturdy, works well, the first batch of figs was dehydrated in 8 1/2 hours, rotating tray feature is a great addition, dehydrates evenly, super quite, and the surface doesn’t get heated which is important if you have pets. Love it and will buy it again.

It works really well that I bought a second one for my parent. it may take some time to learn the time and temp for whatever you are making. It heats up quickly and the circulation is sufficient to dry quickly. I use it outside so it doesn't smell up the house.

Good dehydrator at a reasonable price and lots of trays. Maintains good temperature and air flow. Really like the rotating trays. Many stripped sheet metal screws however.

I currently own two other Septree, 18 tray, dehydrators! Out of the six dehydrators that I have, they are my favorite. So, when I was looking to purchase another one, and I saw the 16 tray rotating dehydrator I couldn’t wait to try it! I am a business owner, making dog food and dog treats, so having equipment that works efficiently and as it is expected to work, is crucial. When I took the dehydrator out of the box, I was absolutely in love with the color, gunmetal grey! I quickly put it to use and dried chicken jerky. I was amazed at how quickly and how evenly dehydrated all of the pieces were and it actually took less time to dry than normal. The rotating cartridge works remarkably well and this dehydrator is well built. I love the locking mechanisms as they are a little bit easier to manage than my other two Septrees. I did have a couple of questions for customer service and they quickly got back with me, which is not always typical with companies on Amazon. The silicone mats, that come with the dehydrator, are super easy to clean and very durable. My last picture is the final product of my chicken jerky… And I couldn’t be happier. I have recommended this brand of dehydrator to many people and I will continue to do so. This business owner is very happy!

This dehydrator is a game changer! I’ve used it for fish, meat, fruits, herbs, veggies - you name it. Love how much it fits with the 16 trays, and it dries everything evenly. Super easy to use and surprisingly quiet. Totally worth the price!

I have owned several dehydrators and this is by far my favorite! It holds a tremendous amount of food and dehydrates faster than any of my other units. It was packed nicely and I had it unpacked and running within about 45 minutes. There is a bolt that holds the carousel in place during shipping. You do have to take it out before using the unit. I would have not known that had I not watched one of the videos. I think it is a beast for the price and I cannot wait to make some jerky!
