This children's smartwatch has surpassed all my expectations! I'm amazed by its numerous features. What impresses me most is its dual-band 2G/4G network support, which ensures stable signals and maintains seamless communication with my child. After inserting the SIM card, the setup was straightforward - my child can now make smooth video calls anytime through the watch, eliminating any worries about losing contact. The emergency call function is exceptionally practical. We've pre-set family members' numbers, so if my child encounters any urgent situation, they just need to press and hold the power button for a few seconds to instantly call us. Additionally, the GPS tracking feature provides real-time location updates wherever my child goes, giving me complete peace of mind when they're out. Beyond basic calling and tracking functions, this smartwatch comes equipped with various useful tools including alarm clock, calculator, educational games, and camera. My child particularly enjoys taking photos with it and playing the brain-stimulating games occasionally. Battery performance is impressive - it easily lasts a full day with normal usage, and standby time is even longer. The seller thoughtfully included two extra watch straps for replacement, which are comfortable and breathable for all-day wear. This smart watch comes with two stylish straps (see Pic) looks great and is easy to set up. it has all the features of a smart watch such as reading messages, answering calls, controlling music from your phone etc. The battery life is exceptionally good, iv had it for nearly two weeks and have only used 50% charge. The watch is great if you are into sports and want to record your daily activities and movement - I use it for running and recording my distance and set goals- works wonders! My sister has an Apple version and the Blackview smartwatch looks and does exactly the same but costs a fraction of the price. I even got several comments saying when did you get your new apple watch :) To summarize if you are after a smart slick watch that has all the features of an Apple watch but doesn't break the bank this is the watch for you- great value for money and an all round good watch.

Firstly I would like to say that I destroy every item of clothing/jewelry I wear so I was not expecting much from this stupidly cheap watch. This watch connects well and easy to my phone, shows incoming calls and messages and the battery life is amazing (nearly a whole week without charging) I bought this watch as I'm a builder and run a small construction firm. As such I am on the tools but am always on the phone to suppliers/customers/staff meaning that when my phone rings, I'm doing something that usually ends up in me damaging my phone. This watch let me see who was ringing or messaging without me having to remove my phone. Worked really well too. With the first 3 months of having this watch I; Smashed it against the side of a skip Covered it in cement Covered it in chemical resin It still worked fine after all this apart from the side button no longer clicking in due to the resin. I then broke it last week after a spa weekend in a sauna... Didn't realise you can take a smart watch into a high temperature room, makes sense now! Even though it broke, I realised now handy a smart watch is and will definitely be buying again

This is a noble idea and I find the watch very useful for kids in upper years primary school and secondary school whom parents don’t want to expose to using a phone yet but like to communicate with. The watch uses a Nano SIM card and one could dial or receive calls and hear clearly. With this, one can ring a child to know if they are at home or on the way etc. Kids can also play nice games and take nice pictures on the watch. The battery life is also good. I must note it is not quite functional to kids below the age 5 years.

At first I was happy with the watch. It looked great and all the functions looked good. But when I put the sim in after around a day or 2 of having it, it just stopped working, the screen kept going black so I charged again, it would turn on say hello and then turn off again seconds later. I contacted the seller as i wanted to see if they had any advice and If there was something simple I needed to do for it to work as I'd already got the sim and paid for the data and my daughter really wanted to use it. I emailed the seller on 19th July and received a call from someone from their call centre (which was a tad frustrating because of the language barrier) asking the fault, order number, date purchased etc and said they would issue a refund. A couple of days later I received an email requesting all the same information from them but there was no option to reply to this email address so I manually typed it in but it still did not send to them. In between work & holidays I went back and forth for a month calling them explaining that I've already given the watch info and I'm waiting for a refund, for them to tell me someone will be intouch then they would email me again from a mailbox I can't respond too! The whole thing was so stressful! I then gave up and and just started the refund process with amazon which went smoothly and should have my refund any day now. I would definitely not recommend this watch! And if you do buy and it breaks, just return with amazon instead of going through seller.

We had such high hopes for this watch. We went away on a conference weekend and wanted to give our daughter a little bit more freedom. We purchased a SIM card that we would pay for monthly in order to use the telephone option on the watch and the GPS. We were pleased with the quality of the watch when it came to the look and the features. However that quickly ended when we got to our venue and attempted to contact our daughter and could not get through we restarted and reset things and we're most disappointed at the function of the watch. It appeared that it was going to be easy to use and it looked like good value for money, however the accuracy and the track ability isn't what we expected. Sadly will be returning this and looking for another option.

This new W20 watch from Blackview is brilliant! I was impressed straight away with the presentation box (see photo) - if you are thinking of purchasing one of these as a gift, it oozes quality from the straight off. There are two different straps supplied with the watch, (see photo) a solid plastic type and a soft velcro style one. (I prefer the latter). The watch comes with a comprehensive quick start / user guide but I chose to set mine up by scanning the QR code on the box. The InfoWear app is easy to navigate and allows you to set up and personalise your new phone quickly. The standard watch face design is good but if you are looking for something a little different, the app has lots of different styles, from classic to crazy! Battery life is amazing, and can seeing it last 2 ~ 3 weeks between charges. The charge cable is quick and simple to attach as uses a magnet to affix to the watch. I wasn’t too sure about this to start with but on reflection is yet another clever idea. If you get the orientation wrong, it will not attach. If the cable is tugged, it detaches! I really like the way you can personalise this watch, Ringer volume (it has a speaker in it!) vibration amount, screen brightness, watch face design, switch to silent mode, do not disturb times, power saving modes - the list goes on……. Being able to make and answer calls is so useful too. The larger screen is also a big plus point, being able to read notifications easily is so handy. If you are playing music via your phone, being able to adjust the volume via your watch is a great feature. If you do order one, once delivered you will be impressed with Blackview’s support team. You will receive an email from them with your full one year warranty already set up (no need to register the watch yourself) It is classed as waterproof and looks like it will withstand water splashes etc but quite honestly I don't take my iPhone in the shower with me so would probably leave my nice new watch behind too! Obviously this is not an Apple watch and should not be confused as one but if you are looking for a great looking, function rich, quality watch for yourself or as a gift then please consider this W20.

I bought this watch to be able to stay in contact with my child when they are out of the house. The GPS tracking is not very accurate unfortunately, however we use the watch for calling more than tracking and found it worked really well for us. Great value for the price, if the GPS tracking is not a priority. I originally purchased this watch in July, however by September it was no longer charging. I contacted the seller who asked me to send proof of the watch not charging. Once I sent the proof, they agreed to replace the watch free of charge. The replacement watch arrived the very next day! Very happy with the after sales service received from the seller and would recommend this product based on these points.
