The above picture is one that I bought 4 years ago and has survived my kids and my nephew's. I am about to buy my 3rd one as a present to friends expecting and the babies/kids have all loved them.Sturdy, reliable, fun to explore and they dont get bored.Honestly I wasn't expecting the kids to be that interested in some carrots, even if they are a puzzles, but they have loved them from 6months old.

I bought this for my grandson aged 13 months. He's played with it well. I thought he might not know to try the carrots in the different sized holes but he worked that out quickly. He also likes to hold a carrot in each hand and hit them together. Not part of the toy's purpose but it is robust so has stood up to this treatment well. Lovely bright colours and good to have a wooden toy as so many these days are plastic.The toy arrived quickly and all was fine with the packaging.

There was nothing I disliked about this beautiful educational toy. It is sturdy and the durability will last for it ever. As a children’s practitioner I can say this is a toy where your children can learn everything from colours , maths hand to eye co ordination etc. It brings endless play time for my granddaughter she loves it. So go buy this toy you won’t be disappointed .

This is a fun montessori wooden toy. It is a very simple concept yet provides endless fun for a toddler or preschooler. The quality is high, there are no rough edges etc and it has stood up to being bashed about by a forceful 1 and 2 year old. It is one of our most played with toys, chosen time and time again over any flashing musical toy.The only draw back is that it's not suitable for a 6 month old as described. The smaller carrots are a chocking hazard so it would not be a safe toy to give them unless they were closely supervised. My 1 year old still likes to mouth toys and he needs to be watched carefully while this is out. He does still love pulling the carrots out though!

I had it saved for a while, recently finally purchased. I'm very happy with the product! Really lovely quality and finish. Definitely recommend for the price.

I bought this for my 10 month old grandson. Lovely solid well made toy which he is enjoying. At the moment he enjoys taking out the carrots but I’m sure this is going to be great for his fine motor as he learns to put them back in. Nice simple but educational toy.

I have seen this toy around but it wasn't on my list to get my grandchild however it was on a lightening deal so I bought it. So glad I did, my grandchild loves playing with it, at 20 months under supervision they find it very engaging

I bought this for a 1 year old birthday. The parents were delighted with it. It's a lovely tactile toy which allows the child to learn as it plays.
