Brilliance Dimmer, Provides 12VAC Dimming up to 120 Watts; Compatible with ALL Brilliance LED Lamps

I’m giving this four stars because the amount of money that it cost for what could possibly have been put into it to manufacture is just way out of whack. But on the other hand it seems to be the only thing that works. You can be like me and many of the other reviewer’s here who tried a bunch of other cheaper products only to find out that low-voltage doesn’t always mean landscaping low voltage, Or you can cut right to the chase and just buy this. It is well-made, and it does do what it says, but in my personal opinion the range of dimming is not great. I was hoping I could go from fairly low to full brightness, but the range really is more like half brightness to full brightness. Not really an issue overall, but if you’re looking to have incredibly low accent lighting it probably won’t get down as low as you’re hoping.

This is amazing. The only A/C type low voltage dimmer I could find. I have “non-dimmable” landscape lighting in my paver retention walls and they were super bright. I tried various dimmers placed inline after the low voltage transformer and nothing worked properly. The issue is, most landscape LED lighting is A/C and the dimmers available are D/C. This one contains a circuit board and is made for A/C current. Brilliant!

I have 18 step lights I bought at Home Depot. Together, they are extremely bright. I added this dimmer and turned the brightness way down. Now they casts enough light to see the steps, but not too much so as to blind you. I would recommend this dimmer.

Works well as expected. Easy to folllow instructions. Just a bit expensive for what it is…

Best outdoor dimmer for 12 volt. LED. Just a bit flimsy be careful when installing easy to break.

This unit is expensive and the LED lights will only dim so far before they shut off. That being said, I had little choice in my purchase as this seems to be the only LED dimmer for AC current on the market. PS the face plate is NOT blue as shown in the pic, it's actually black

This dimmer works well. Although a little pricey.

Works well with all outdoor lighting using a patriot Menards transformer
