The Taste is okay but the texture is like a leather

First off I would like to say that I have loved everything edible that I have received from this company called Kachikachi and these freed dried apple slices were no exception! When I first opened the bag the smell kind of turned me off. It wasn’t until about 2 hours later I decided to give them a try…and that changed my mind completely! There was no way I could stop at one handful. Once you start chewing on them all of that apple flavor releases and they are sooooooooooo good! They are addicting! They taste just like a sweet green apple which I am going to assume is what they are. The texture is sort of like a rice cake but once in your mouth they start getting good and chewy. I told my daughter and grandchild that they should try them, instead I found myself “hiding” them so I could have them all to myself…lol Thank you for taking your time to read this review. These apple slices have a lot of purposes listed in their description including for decoration, but eaten as a snack, I really enjoyed them. It's nice to have them without added sugar, as the apples used have enough flavor to carry themselves as a tasty and interesting snack. The slices are also not rigid compared to a lot of other more-dried-out brands. They have a pliability that is nice and makes them taste fresher. Overall, they have a nice taste and texture to stand alone as a healthy snack (or, you could use them as decor).

The pieces in the bag I received were covered in these little worms! Buyer beware!
