Works great, this would be my first one I ever owned and I was really happy with how easy it was to install. If you have a brain you really don’t need the directions. The adjustment on how powerful the water comes out is great very fine adjustment. It is very very powerful if you have the pressure adjuster all the way up. The quality of the build is decent. The metal part of the hose is my only concern it feels thin but it’s not like you’re dragging the hose across the yard. I have not had any leaks but I just installed its today on arrival date of 11/28/2025 so if there leaks I will come and change or update my review. Someone wrote in the review u need a wrench that’s false information I hand tighten everything. It’s not a compression fitting so it doesn’t need to be wrenched on. It comes with extra rubber seals which are not need to be installed because the hose and fitting already have them installed. The rubber seals are for replacement at a later date. As far as the looks I got the nickel finish and it looks amazing from the fitting all the way to the nozzle. Highly recommended Note: the button to release the water is good even with people with mild to possibly severe arthritis. Hope this helps.

I bought 2 pieces for my 2 bathrooms. The instalation was pretty easy. As long and you have a wrench. The parts that are attached to the hoses are made out of plastic. First I was unsure of this fact to be a positive aspect. But after a month of using it, there is no leaks, everything works perfectly. I hope it will continue this way. Besides, the plastic doesn't get rusty and doesn't oxidates as metal or copper.

Absolutely love it and the best part is I did not have to get someone to put it on for me. I did it myself. The instructions were simple easy to follow and everything I needed came with it. It works really great and I absolutely love it.

5 STARS for the Product. Easy to install (over the toilet). Really do feel cleaner. 0 STARS for Amazon for sending a used product. I absolutely returned it for a replacement. Box had head hair attached to it and the unit was WET! I was so grossed out that I asked them to make sure the replacement as brand new (it was) and was ready to cancel everything. There are SO MANY reasons that Amazon is my total last resort....this is one of them.

Packaging is great and the quality is good. The only reason I give it 4 star is the plastic connector. I believe It gonna break under pressure. The price is great.

One bidet head spray is not working. It needs to be opened and closed from the tvalve. I bought two sets, the other set is working fine, it means there is nothing wrong with my installation. I got unlucky with one bidet head spray that is sub standard.
