Q: If I were to apply this with a foam power buffer would I see better results then simply using hand buffing?

Probably not, the surface will take the appropriate shine just as well using the hand method. You will be surprised how well this stuff works, and the feel of the laminate is awesome.

Q: Is this good for Formica furniture.?

I bought this hoping it would bring back the shine to my Formica counter-tops. Although it helped a little the most I saw or rather felt was the surface was very smooth and clean looking.

Q: would this shine dull fake granite countertop?

I use it on my Corian countertops and it does put a shine on it plus it makes it easier to keep clean. If it has been a while since I did I might put two coats on but be careful because it makes the countertop slippery even with just one coat. If you have a soapstone countertop I'd recommend mineral oil to bring out the luster but if your countertop is some type of plastic then the Hope countertop polish will work. Hope this helps.

Q: I have solid surface counter tops, can this be used on them?

I'm not quite sure what you mean by solid surface. I have Corian counters and when the counters were installed they came with a kit for repairs which icluded Hope countertop polish. If you have soapstone I believe the recommended product is an oil to bring out the luster. If you have a plastic product (can't remember what they are called) then Hope countertop polish will work.
