Works at first, but diminishing effect towards the end
Disclaimer: I received this product as part of Amazon Vine program in exchange for my true and fair review of the product. The review below is based on my real experience.This is the first time I'm taking Ashwagandha as a supplement as I was at a low point both physically and emotionally. I approached it with caution and took 1 pill per day for the first 10 days, then increased to 2 and remained at that until the end. I suggest you do the same when taking any new supplement. The recommended dosage is 1-2 pills a day so this is still within the recommendation.I felt no change in the first 2 weeks, even after I increased the daily intake. However, at some point I realised that I was feeling a bit better and more energetic. I didn't feel too tired at the end of the day anymore. The increased testosterone did increase my 'drive/need' in bed. It, unfortunately, wasn't enough to make my hair grow thicker. I assume that might take years of taking before it becomes more obvious.However, towards the last week of the box, it's either because my body had got used to the new supplement and made adjustments, or because of some external change, I felt that the effects somehow decreased. I cannot confirm this yet and since I have just finished taking the box a week ago, the effect may still linger. I will come back here and update if it gets much worse in a month or two.All in all, a supplement that did give me some physical and emotional boost. However, the effect seemed to have diminished at the end.

Upset my stomach. Reading more reviews about it, this isn't unusual. Might work for some people but wasn't worth it for me. Sorry.

Almost done with my bottle but no noticeable difference -- unfortunately won't be buying this again but will shop around for alternatives.

Very good quality but didn’t like the taste.
I really felt the difference when I was taking it. Really good supplement. However, I struggled to swallow it, my husband didn’t mind about it but I couldn’t take any more.
