Require electrolyte drink after surgery and to feel good, maintain energy level, and stay well hydrated. This product is equally low in salt and sugar free which is what I require. It tastes good and mixes easily with water for a uniform smooth drink.

The flavors are very strong. The directions say to mix with 12-16 oz of water. I mixed them with 24oz and the flavors were very potent. Even though, the flavors are pleasing and I don’t really notice the lack of sugar. The powder also dissolves completely; no grit. That said, I think they upset my stomach. I used one in the evening before bed and I didn’t sleep well. Did not use one for 24 hours and felt ok. Then I used another one today and my stomach is upset. I don’t know if I’m coming down with something or if it’s the electrolytes. If there is no update for this post, it was the electrolytes.

These worked really well for me. I would absolutely purchase again. Flavors are all really good EXCEPT for the grape...which tastes like cough medicine to me. Blech!! No texture to them when mixed with water (best with cold water) which makes it easier to swallow for me. I have texture issues. LOL No offensive odor, they actually smell really good (except for that grape flavor). Definitely make me feel more hydrated. I usually drink one first thing in the morning since I'm dehydrated when I wake up. Totally recommend these!!

My elderly mother who doesn't like to drink anything hydrating and needs extra electrolytes for health conditions was absolutely in love with these. She enjoyed the watermelon, strawberry-raspberry, passion fruit, and especially the lemonade flavor. She doesn't really like the orange flavor though. I especially love that it dissolves easily without turning the water cloudy. And it being dye free and sugar free is a great plus. I have really seen improvements in her hydration status so it is really effective in that department. This is less expensive than other brands we've tried in the past. The only "downside" to this product isn't really a downside. The individual packets are perfect for on the go, but unlike other drink mixes the packet is heavy duty enough to need scissors to open. The good part to that is I have had any electrolyte powder bursts in my purse or my son's backpack. Overall, great product, great taste, great health benefits.
