They are really comfortable true to size

These are fantastic. I wasn’t sure if I was going to like them but I love them. Support in all the right places and just a great idea. Material is very soft and feels great on my skin. They don’t feel the least bit cheap. I also like the added pouch up front to put the rocket away. These are a great design and I am buying them in every color. Only reason I did not give 5 stars is because the sizing chart is off and I had to wait for the larger size to come in. I am 5’10” and 165lbs. Chart told me I should get a M and I did. I suggest sizing UP one size from whatever the sizing chart says. You will not be disappointed. Perfect support where I never knew I could have it.

They can be difficult to put on properly and the quality is poor. The material is already getting holes after just a few months. I would avoid these as they won't last.

Based on a couple of other reviews, I decided to try these, but I wish I ordered just one instead of a 3-pack, even though the 3-pack is a better price. I'm 6'4" and about 240ish, usually wear size L (36-38) underwear, and ordered these in XXL. The waist and leg openings fit fine. The fabric is very nice and well made (mostly). They're gimmicky and kind of silly. I thought the lady might think they would be fun, but she just thinks they're funny instead and rather I not wear them at all. I have to agree with her. I don't understand the instructions in the listing saying to pull your thing through the elephant trunk part and then to manually retract your skin. If you are well endowed and intact, the fabric is going to do that as soon as you push through that trunk, anyway, so it doesn't even give me a choice. I don't know about other guys, but I can't wear underwear with my skin retracted for very long, even though this material is very soft. The trunk on this does not give me full coverage (such a photo would never be allowed to be posted with a review). I've also tried to re-sheath my natural covering, but that's pretty much impossible to do without pinching myself in very sensitive skin areas, trying to free it from the snug grip of the fabric trunk - which does have some stretch to it, but not enough to accomplish that task. The stitching on the trunk piece is fraying a bit at the end after my stuff went through and hulked up. I should have ordered just one for $9 to try instead of 3 for $20 and now having to throw away all three of them, because they don't suit my needs for daily wear and the lady is not a fan of them for play time. On the positive side, they actually do offer a good amount of support for the man parts, and the fabric is nice and soft, but I cannot wear them as intended for daily wear because my inner skin is too sensitive to do that. One could wear these without pushing your main part through the trunk, but then that leaves an uncomfortable lump of fabric on top of it in the pouch. My suggestion would be to check with your significant other before ordering these, because if they're not going to be into it, then it's probably not worth the purchase. These are more for play time than daily wear.

The size of these in the waist fit true to size. For me I was expecting something that fit a little more like boxer briefs. Planned on just working out in the and hiking but the leg length is short so not great for that. The “trunk” on them is pretty snug so ended up cutting it off on one pair to see if making the hole bigger made it easier to insert and it did. The other issue was when I cut the truck off the pouch is not very deep so from a visual perspective I was already partly exposed and then any actual exercise cause that part of me to flop out of the pouch and become quite visible in gym shorts. I will give the other pair some try and see what I can figure out but overall the trunk just needs more elasticity. The fabric is soft and nice material is thin but overall these are more of a novelty than providing actual support.

Best underwear I have ever owned. The separation of the "bat and balls" is very nice.

I'm sold.
