Worked great on my 2010 2 Door Sahara. I did opt to remove the front ear to make it match the factory one. Took about a minute with a cutoff wheel. Make sure to thoroughly coat the inner and outer surfaces with undercoating or a paint that contains some zinc if you want it to last. Also coat all of your fasteners with anti seize lube. I didn't really plan ahead and had about half a tank of gas when I started the job. Ended up supporting the tank with a lashing strap that I ran between the underside of the tank and the brush guard like a piece of dental floss. I secured it to the drive shaft and it held up the tank just fine. I was kind of surprised that the tank isn't fastened to the frame with metal straps and has to rely on the brush guard. Must be a "Jeep thing" lol.

Good price decent quality. Metal not as thick as the OEM skid plate but it's considerably cheaper. Mine was damaged in shipping but seller made a fair offer (partial refund) in order for me to keep it and repair the damage. Also, there's an extra piece of metal on the front that covers the front of the tank that the OEM skid plate doesn't have. If you don't plan on completely removing the tank (i.e. leave all hoses & wires connected and ratchet strap the tank in place) when you replace the skid plate then you'll need to cut off the extra piece. I put two coats bedliner on the inside and and outside and squirted fluidfilm in the pockets where I couldn't get the headliner; hopefully it will keep this replacement skid plate from rusting out like the OEM skid plate did.

Fit my 2008 Jeep Wrangler 2 door just right. Set up on the lift and done within an hour. My old one was rusted thru at the bracket that braces from the other (driver's) side of the frame and the bolt was shot. It was much more hassle trying to find the 12mmX1.5 bolt than any part of the application! It's a lug nut size and nuts are plentiful but a regular 12mmX1.5 X 40mm long had to be special ordered! 12mmX1.25 and 1.75 pitch are easy but Mopar sets that up with the odd ball size yet the lug nuts are 1/2-13 tpi, USA. Go figure!
